Target roles in technology and software

Prioritize Green Card-focused opportunities

Understand both EB-2 and EB-3 pathways
Acentra Health sponsors both EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards. Your eligibility for each depends on your education and experience level. Research both categories before applying so you can have an informed conversation with their HR or legal team.
Bring up sponsorship early in the process
Health technology companies often have structured hiring timelines tied to project cycles. Raise your visa sponsorship needs in the first recruiter conversation to avoid late-stage mismatches, Acentra Health has a track record of supporting sponsored hires through to completion.
