Job Roles at Alpinestars Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Alpinestars Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles at the intersection of design and technical function
Alpinestars sits at the crossroads of fashion and performance engineering. Roles in product design, materials development, and technical apparel are where international candidates with specialized credentials tend to find the strongest sponsorship case.
Understand that Green Card sponsorship signals long-term intent
Alpinestars has leaned toward permanent residency sponsorship over temporary visas. If you're looking for a company that invests in keeping talent long-term rather than short-term arrangements, that track record works in your favor.
Position your portfolio around performance and protection, not just aesthetics
Alpinestars products serve professional athletes and safety-critical environments. Applicants who can speak to technical design, compliance standards, or protective material innovation will stand out against candidates with purely fashion-focused backgrounds.
Research their motorsport and outdoor licensing relationships
Much of Alpinestars' product roadmap ties to partnerships in MotoGP, Formula 1, and off-road sports. Familiarity with these categories signals genuine industry knowledge and strengthens your fit for roles that touch brand, product, or marketing.
Apply early in the hiring cycle for design and development roles
Sponsorship-eligible roles at apparel companies like Alpinestars tend to fill quickly. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and move before positions close.
Align your application with EB-2 or EB-3 eligibility criteria
Alpinestars has sponsored both EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards, covering advanced degree professionals and skilled workers respectively. Review which category fits your qualifications before applying so your resume reflects the right framing for their immigration pathway.

Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Alpinestars sponsor H-1B visas?
Based on available sponsorship data, Alpinestars has not been an active H-1B sponsor. Their visa sponsorship activity has focused on permanent residency rather than temporary nonimmigrant categories. If you require H-1B sponsorship specifically, it's worth reaching out directly to their HR team to confirm their current policy before applying.
What visa types does Alpinestars sponsor?
Alpinestars sponsors employment-based Green Cards, including both EB-2 and EB-3 categories. EB-2 covers professionals with advanced degrees or exceptional ability, while EB-3 applies to skilled workers in roles requiring at least two years of training or experience. Both pathways lead to permanent residency in the United States.
Which departments or roles at Alpinestars are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Alpinestars tends to support roles that require specialized expertise not easily sourced domestically. Product design, technical apparel development, materials engineering, and brand management roles tied to their motorsport and outdoor performance lines are the areas most likely to involve sponsorship, given the company's niche in performance fashion and protective gear.
What does the sponsorship and application timeline look like at Alpinestars?
Because Alpinestars sponsors Green Cards rather than temporary visas, the timeline is longer than an H-1B process. Permanent residency sponsorship typically involves PERM labor certification, an I-140 immigrant petition, and then adjustment of status or consular processing. The full process can take one to several years depending on your country of birth and priority date. Budget time accordingly and discuss the process with your hiring manager early.
How do I find and apply for visa-sponsored roles at Alpinestars?
The most reliable approach is to look for current openings through a platform that tracks actual sponsorship history rather than relying on job listings that may not disclose immigration support. Migrate Mate lets you browse companies with verified Green Card and visa sponsorship records, including Alpinestars, so you can focus your applications on employers who have a demonstrated history of sponsoring international candidates.
