Target roles at the intersection of tech and apparel
Nike invests heavily in digital product, data science, and supply chain technology. These functions drive a significant share of its sponsorship activity, making them strong entry points for international candidates with technical backgrounds in Fashion & Apparel.
Australian candidates should explore the E-3 pathway
Nike has sponsored E-3 visas for Australian nationals. If you hold Australian citizenship, the E-3 offers a faster, lottery-free path into Nike compared to the H-1B. Filter by visa type on Migrate Mate to surface verified E-3 eligible roles.
Green Card sponsorship signals long-term investment
Nike sponsors Green Cards at notably high volumes relative to its H-1B activity, suggesting the company is willing to commit to long-term sponsorship for strong performers. This is a meaningful signal for candidates evaluating career stability.
Research Nike's global functions, not just its Oregon HQ
Nike's sponsorship activity spans roles across logistics, finance, and brand management, not just Beaverton. TN and H-1B roles appear across multiple locations, so broadening your search beyond headquarters increases your chances of finding a sponsored opening.
Use a platform that verifies sponsorship history before applying
Many Fashion & Apparel companies list roles without confirming sponsorship willingness. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and focus your effort on Nike openings with confirmed visa support.

Find Nike JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Nike sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Nike sponsors H-1B visas, primarily for roles in technology, data analytics, supply chain, and product development. While Nike's H-1B volume is more selective than its Green Card activity, the company has a consistent track record of sponsoring international talent across its corporate functions in Fashion & Apparel.
Which visa types does Nike sponsor?
Nike sponsors a range of visa types including H-1B, E-3, TN, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, J-1, and both EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card pathways. The breadth of visa types covered makes Nike a strong option for international candidates at different career stages and from different countries of origin.
Which departments or roles at Nike are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Technology, data science, supply chain, and global operations roles account for a large share of Nike's sponsorship activity. Roles in digital product management, software engineering, and logistics are particularly active. Creative and brand roles exist but tend to see more selective sponsorship relative to technical and operational functions.
What is the application timeline for a sponsored role at Nike?
For H-1B roles, Nike typically files petitions in March for an October 1 start date, so candidates should target offers no later than early Q1. E-3 and TN visas move faster and aren't tied to the fiscal year cap. F-1 OPT applicants should align their job search with OPT start dates and apply several months in advance to leave room for onboarding.
How do I find Nike visa sponsorship jobs as an international candidate?
The most reliable approach is to search platforms that verify sponsorship history directly rather than relying on job descriptions, which often omit visa details. Migrate Mate lets you filter Nike roles by visa type and confirms sponsorship eligibility upfront, so you can focus your applications on openings where international candidates are genuinely considered.
