Job Roles at FIGS Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in FIGS Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles in design and product development
FIGS builds its brand around innovative medical apparel, which means design, product, and technical roles are core to its business. These functions are most likely to attract sponsorship consideration for internationally qualified candidates with specialized skills.
Highlight specialty occupation qualifications clearly
FIGS sponsors visa categories that require specialty occupation roles. Make sure your resume and cover letter explicitly connect your degree to the specific job function, a vague qualification match is one of the most common reasons sponsorship requests stall.
Australian candidates should lead with E-3 eligibility
FIGS has sponsored the E-3 visa, which is exclusive to Australian citizens. If you hold an Australian passport, lead with your E-3 eligibility upfront, it removes the lottery barrier and often makes sponsorship a simpler conversation for employers.
Research FIGS open roles through verified sponsorship data
Not every FIGS job posting mentions visa sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you identify which FIGS roles are realistically accessible before you invest time applying.
Apply through corporate and direct channels
FIGS is a direct-to-consumer brand with a strong internal hiring culture. Applying directly through their careers page and referencing relevant technical or creative expertise tends to carry more weight than relying on third-party recruiter pipelines.
Understand the Green Card timeline before accepting an offer
FIGS has supported Green Card pathways for select roles. If long-term U.S. residency is your goal, ask during the offer stage whether the role has a defined sponsorship pathway, not all positions at any employer come with that commitment.

Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does FIGS sponsor H-1B visas?
Based on available sponsorship data, FIGS has not been an active H-1B sponsor. The company has focused its visa activity on other categories, including the E-3 and Green Card pathways. If H-1B sponsorship is a requirement for your situation, it is worth confirming directly with FIGS's recruiting team before applying.
Which visa types does FIGS sponsor?
FIGS sponsors a select range of visa categories including the E-3 visa for Australian citizens, Green Card pathways for qualifying employees, and work authorization support for F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN visa holders. Sponsorship tends to be focused on roles where the company has a clear business need for internationally qualified talent.
Which departments or roles at FIGS are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
FIGS's core business is designing and selling premium healthcare apparel, so roles in product development, design, technology, and corporate functions are most aligned with the company's specialty occupation sponsorship activity. Candidates with technical or creative skill sets that directly support FIGS's product and brand operations are generally better positioned for sponsorship conversations.
How do I find FIGS job openings that offer visa sponsorship?
Job postings rarely spell out visa sponsorship eligibility in detail. Migrate Mate tracks verified sponsorship history by employer, so you can browse FIGS roles knowing the company's actual sponsorship track record rather than relying on what a job ad says. This saves time and helps you target applications more effectively.
How do I approach the visa sponsorship conversation when applying to FIGS?
Raise your visa situation early, ideally in your cover letter or initial recruiter screen. For E-3 candidates, emphasize that the process is straightforward and does not involve a lottery. For F-1 OPT or CPT candidates, clarify your authorization timeline so hiring managers understand your work authorization window and what sponsorship would involve.
