Requirements
- 5+ years experience in a role focused on inventory planning - ideally omni level.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as mathematics, economics, statistics, finance preferred.
- Superb analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Extremely high attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication verbal and written skills.
- Proven ability to manage various projects while staying on-track with deliverables and communications.
- Highly proficient in Excel, Google Sheets.

FIGS Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range
- At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's base salary range is between $85,000 and $100,000. Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
