Job Description
FableticsOS is seeking a Sr. Product Manager II to own the execution and strategy of our Supply Chain technology ecosystem. You’ll drive day-to-day product management of key supply chain platforms—including shipment visibility, global supply chain (GSC) tools, quality management, sustainability solutions, and 3PL and logistics integrations—balancing system stability, enhancements, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure a scalable, integrated platform. You’ll partner closely with supply chain business stakeholders, engineering, and vendors to deliver high-impact solutions that support Fabletics’ growth agenda.
This position reports to the Senior Director of Product Management, PC Technology.
How Do You Fit In
As a Sr. Product Manager II, you’re a hands-on product leader who thrives in complex, cross-functional environments and owns both execution and outcomes. You bring deep expertise in supply chain technology, translating business needs into scalable workflows and integrations across our global supply chain operations. You’re equally effective partnering with business stakeholders, engineering, and third-party vendors to deliver solutions on time. You ensure our supply chain systems operate as reliable, visible, and efficient platforms that power Fabletics’ operations. You’re also a strategic thinker who can zoom out—helping shape and communicate a cohesive vision for how supply chain technology fits together across the organization.
What You Will Do
Supply Chain Technology Ownership & Operations
- Own day-to-day product management and system health across supply chain tech platforms (including Four Kites, Centric, Blue Cherry, Pivot-88, and sustainability solutions)
- Manage backlog, defects, and enhancements based on business impact and operational priority
- Act as the primary point of contact for issues, releases, and continuous improvements
Program & Project Management
- Serve as the connective tissue across supply chain tech initiatives—tracking milestones, managing dependencies, surfacing risks, and ensuring cross-functional alignment
- Build and maintain program-level visibility into the supply chain tech roadmap, communicating status and progress to senior stakeholders
- Drive structured discovery, prioritization, and delivery cadences across concurrent workstreams
- Partner with engineering, business, and vendor teams to manage project timelines and ensure on-time, on-scope delivery
- Proactively identify blockers and facilitate resolution across teams
Integrated Supply Chain Vision
- Help define and evangelize a long-term vision for how supply chain technology systems work together, from sourcing and quality through logistics and sustainability
- Identify gaps and opportunities across the current technology landscape and build a case for future investment
- Partner with senior leadership to shape roadmap and ensure supply chain tech strategy is aligned to business priorities
- Serve as a thought leader and advocate for supply chain technology across the broader PC Tech org and the business
Cross-Functional Delivery
- Partner closely with GSC, logistics, sourcing, quality, sustainability, and finance stakeholders
- Lead discovery, process mapping, and requirements gathering
- Ensure solutions support end-to-end supply chain workflows and integrations
- Drive adoption through communication and change management
Product Delivery
- Own end-to-end delivery (discovery launch) aligned to business milestones and peak season timelines
- Track risks, dependencies, and progress; communicate broadly and visibly to ensure stakeholder engagement and buy-in
- Drive roadmap for future supply chain capabilities
What You Can Bring

- Experience managing complex multi-platform integrations and EDI connectivity
- Proven track record managing multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Execution
- Strong requirements gathering and end-to-end delivery track record

- Demonstrated program management skills—comfortable owning timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communication across multiple workstreams simultaneously

Target tech and data roles first
Fabletics operates as much as a tech company as a fashion brand. Roles in software engineering, data science, and digital marketing are most likely to align with H-1B sponsorship. Focus your search on positions requiring specialized technical or analytical skills.
Understand the subscription model angle
Fabletics's VIP membership model means they hire for customer experience, product, and e-commerce functions. Candidates with backgrounds in fashion retail technology or subscription platforms are well-positioned to make a compelling case for sponsorship.
Apply early in the hiring cycle
For H-1B sponsorship, employers must file before the April 1 deadline for October 1 start dates. Targeting Fabletics roles in Q4 or early Q1 gives you and the hiring team enough runway to complete LCA filing and petition prep.
Highlight cross-functional skills
Fabletics operates across creative, technical, and operational teams. Candidates who bridge fashion industry knowledge with data, engineering, or supply chain expertise stand out and are more likely to receive sponsorship for hard-to-fill specialty occupation roles.
Use OPT strategically as a foot in the door
Fabletics has sponsored F-1 OPT candidates, making it a practical entry point. Starting on OPT lets you demonstrate value before H-1B sponsorship comes up. Line up your conversation with HR well before your OPT expiration approaches.
Search verified sponsors before applying
Not every fashion company sponsors visas consistently. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you focus on Fabletics and similar brands with a confirmed track record rather than guessing.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Fabletics sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Fabletics sponsors H-1B visas. The company has an established pattern of sponsoring international talent, particularly for roles that qualify as specialty occupations under USCIS guidelines. If you're targeting H-1B sponsorship, focus on technical, data-driven, or product roles where your degree field directly aligns with the position's requirements.
What visa types does Fabletics sponsor?
Fabletics sponsors H-1B visas and supports F-1 students through both OPT and CPT. The company has also sponsored TN visas for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying professional roles, and J-1 visas for exchange visitors. If you hold one of these statuses, Fabletics is worth targeting in your job search.
Which departments or roles at Fabletics are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Fabletics tends to flow toward roles that meet the H-1B specialty occupation standard, meaning positions requiring at least a bachelor's degree in a specific field. Engineering, data science, product management, and digital marketing roles are strong candidates. Creative roles may qualify depending on the specific responsibilities and degree requirements tied to the position.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at Fabletics?
Migrate Mate is the most direct way to find Fabletics roles that come with verified sponsorship history. Rather than applying broadly and asking about sponsorship late in the process, using a platform that surfaces confirmed sponsors lets you prioritize your time and apply with confidence that sponsorship is genuinely on the table.
How do I approach the sponsorship conversation when applying to Fabletics?
Raise your visa status early, ideally in your initial application or recruiter screen, so both sides aren't caught off guard later. Frame your situation clearly: your current status, your work authorization timeline, and what sponsorship would require. Fabletics has navigated this process before, so a straightforward, prepared conversation goes further than avoiding the topic.
