Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Customer Success Consultant Jobs at American Heart Association Jobs
Frame your credentials around mission alignment
American Heart Association evaluates Customer Success candidates on their ability to manage stakeholder relationships in service of public health goals. Translate your experience in client-facing roles into outcomes tied to community impact, not just revenue metrics.
Target roles listed under health initiatives
AHA organizes much of its Customer Success function around specific programs like CPR training, workplace wellness, and hospital accreditation. Filter open roles by these program areas to find positions where your background maps directly to their funding priorities.
Confirm OPT eligibility before your 60-day grace period starts
If you're on F-1 OPT and between jobs, you have a 60-day grace period to secure new employment. AHA's HR teams follow standard USCIS authorization timelines, so initiating contact well before your OPT end date gives you the best window to complete onboarding before status lapses.
Ask about TN visa eligibility during negotiations
Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying business or management analyst roles may be eligible for TN status, which bypasses the H-1B lottery entirely. Confirm with AHA's HR or immigration counsel whether your specific Customer Success Consultant job description qualifies under DOL's TN occupational categories.
Use Migrate Mate to identify active AHA openings by visa type
Filtering job listings by sponsorship type saves time when targeting a specific employer. Migrate Mate lets you browse current Customer Success Consultant openings at American Heart Association filtered by H-1B, OPT, or TN eligibility before you apply.
Prepare a petition-ready employment verification package
H-1B filings for Customer Success roles at non-profits require documentation that the position qualifies as a specialty occupation. Compile your degree transcripts, a detailed job description from your offer letter, and any professional certifications before USCIS processing begins to avoid RFE delays.

Does American Heart Association sponsor H-1B visas for Customer Success Consultants?
Yes, American Heart Association has sponsored H-1B visas for roles in the Customer Success function. Non-profit organizations like AHA can also access the H-1B cap-exempt filing pathway if the position is affiliated with a qualifying institution, which can shorten processing timelines compared to standard cap-subject petitions. Confirm cap-exempt eligibility with AHA's HR team during the offer stage.
How do I apply for Customer Success Consultant jobs at American Heart Association?
Applications go through AHA's official careers portal. Browse open Customer Success Consultant positions, filter by location or program area, and apply directly with a resume tailored to the specific role. You can also use Migrate Mate to find current AHA openings filtered by visa sponsorship type before applying through the company's own portal.
Which visa types are commonly used for Customer Success Consultant roles at American Heart Association?
The most common pathways are H-1B for specialty occupation roles, F-1 OPT and CPT for students currently enrolled in or recently graduated from U.S. degree programs, and TN status for eligible Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying occupational categories. The right fit depends on your current immigration status, nationality, and the specific responsibilities outlined in your offer letter.
What qualifications does American Heart Association look for in Customer Success Consultants?
AHA typically expects a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as public health, business, communications, or a health-related discipline. Practical experience managing client relationships, training stakeholders on programs, or working within healthcare or non-profit environments strengthens your candidacy. Familiarity with AHA's core programs, such as workplace wellness or hospital quality initiatives, is a meaningful differentiator.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take for a Customer Success Consultant at American Heart Association?
For H-1B petitions, standard USCIS processing runs several months, with premium processing available to reduce that window significantly. If AHA qualifies for cap-exempt H-1B filing, petitions can be submitted year-round rather than waiting for the annual April lottery. F-1 OPT authorization through USCIS typically takes two to three months from application, so starting early relative to your start date is critical.
