Job Roles at AppLovin Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in AppLovin Visa Sponsorship USA
Target engineering and technical roles first
AppLovin's sponsorship activity is concentrated in technical disciplines like software engineering, machine learning, and data science. If your background aligns with these areas, you're applying where the company has the strongest track record of supporting visa candidates.
Apply early in the H-1B lottery cycle
AppLovin participates in the H-1B lottery, which has a March registration window. Timing your application and offer process to align with this cycle gives you the best chance of securing sponsorship before the annual deadline closes.
Highlight specialized, hard-to-replace skills
AppLovin operates in a competitive AdTech and AI space where niche expertise matters. Candidates with deep experience in performance marketing technology, real-time bidding systems, or applied machine learning are more likely to be considered for sponsorship.
Look for roles that match your visa category
Different roles at AppLovin align with different visa pathways. If you're on OPT or CPT, filter for positions that offer immediate start flexibility. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and find roles that fit.
Engage with AppLovin's product before interviewing
AppLovin's platform powers mobile advertising for major app developers. Candidates who understand how its SDK, MAX mediation product, or AXON AI engine works come into interviews with context that generic applicants lack, which matters when competing for sponsored roles.

Which visa types does AppLovin sponsor?
AppLovin sponsors H-1B, TN, F-1 OPT, and F-1 CPT visas for work authorization, and also supports Green Card pathways including EB-2 and EB-3 for longer-term immigration goals. This range of supported visa types makes AppLovin a viable option for international candidates at different stages of their U.S. immigration journey.
Which departments or roles at AppLovin are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at AppLovin is most common in technical functions, particularly software engineering, machine learning engineering, data science, and product roles that require specialized expertise. Business and operations roles are sponsored less frequently. Candidates with backgrounds in AdTech, AI, or mobile platform development are best positioned to receive an offer that includes sponsorship.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at AppLovin?
Migrate Mate tracks AppLovin's verified sponsorship history and surfaces current openings where sponsorship is a realistic outcome. Rather than guessing which roles come with sponsorship, you can filter directly by company and visa type to find positions that match your situation. This saves time and focuses your applications where they're most likely to succeed.
How do I time my application to AppLovin around the H-1B process?
The H-1B registration window opens in March each year, with the lottery drawn shortly after. To align your timeline, aim to have an offer from AppLovin finalized by February or early March so the employer can register you in time. If you're on OPT with a gap in coverage, clarify cap-gap protections with AppLovin's HR team before your OPT expires.
