Does Apria Healthcare sponsor H-1B visas?
Based on available sponsorship data, Apria Healthcare does not have a strong track record of H-1B sponsorship. Their sponsored visa activity is concentrated in Green Card pathways such as EB-2 and EB-3, along with F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN visas. If H-1B sponsorship is essential for your situation, it's worth confirming directly with Apria's recruitment team for the specific role you're targeting.
What visa types does Apria Healthcare sponsor?
Apria Healthcare sponsors EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card pathways, as well as F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN visas. This makes Apria a practical option for students on OPT or CPT looking for a healthcare employer willing to support a longer-term immigration pathway, and for TN-eligible candidates from Canada or Mexico in qualifying healthcare roles.
Which departments or roles at Apria Healthcare are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Apria Healthcare tends to align with roles requiring specialized clinical or technical expertise, where recruiting from a broader international talent pool is necessary. Positions in respiratory therapy, clinical operations, healthcare IT, and specialized patient services have historically been strong candidates. Roles with clear licensure requirements and retention incentives are most likely to come with a Green Card sponsorship commitment.
How do I find open jobs at Apria Healthcare that offer visa sponsorship?
The most reliable way is to use Migrate Mate, which tracks verified sponsorship history by employer and lets you filter open roles by visa type. This removes the guesswork of identifying which postings are genuinely open to international candidates. You can browse current Apria Healthcare openings directly on Migrate Mate and see sponsorship data alongside job listings in one place.
How do I approach the application process at Apria Healthcare as an international candidate?
Start by confirming that the role you're applying for is eligible for your visa type, particularly if you're on OPT or TN status. Mention your work authorization status early in the process to avoid late-stage surprises. Because Apria's sponsorship is oriented toward permanent residency rather than temporary work visas, framing yourself as a long-term candidate strengthens your case significantly with their hiring teams.
