Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Account Representative Jobs at Arthrex Jobs
Align your degree to the role
Arthrex Account Representative positions typically require a bachelor's degree in a field like biology, kinesiology, or business. Confirm your credential maps to the job description before applying, since H-1B specialty occupation approval depends on that direct connection.
Target Arthrex's territory-based openings
Arthrex posts Account Representative roles by geographic territory, not just department. Filtering by region rather than job title alone surfaces positions that may have faster hiring cycles and fewer applicants competing for the same sponsorship pipeline.
Ask about LCA timing during interviews
Before accepting an offer, confirm your start date relative to the DOL Labor Condition Application window. Arthrex must have a certified LCA before filing your H-1B petition, and misaligned timelines are a common reason onboarding stalls.
Prepare for a clinical sales interview format
Arthrex Account Representatives work directly with surgeons in operating rooms. Interviewers will probe anatomy knowledge and your ability to perform under pressure. Preparing for clinical scenarios, not just standard sales questions, signals you understand the actual job.
Clarify OPT or TN eligibility early in the process
If you're on F-1 OPT or hold Canadian or Mexican citizenship, you may qualify for interim work authorization while an H-1B is pending. Surface this with the recruiter early so Arthrex's HR team can coordinate the right filing sequence without a gap in your employment authorization.
Browse Arthrex openings through Migrate Mate
Identifying which Arthrex Account Representative roles are actively hiring and open to sponsorship takes real filtering. Use Migrate Mate to search verified sponsorship-friendly openings at Arthrex directly, so you apply to positions where visa support is already on the table.

Find Account Representative at Arthrex JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Arthrex sponsor H-1B visas for Account Representatives?
Yes, Arthrex sponsors H-1B visas for Account Representative roles. The position qualifies as a specialty occupation when the role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as biology, kinesiology, or business administration. Sponsorship is handled through Arthrex's internal HR and legal teams, so once you have an offer, ask your recruiter directly about the filing timeline and whether premium processing is available.
Which visa types does Arthrex commonly use for Account Representatives?
Arthrex supports several visa categories for Account Representative hires, including H-1B, TN for Canadian and Mexican citizens, F-1 OPT and CPT for students currently enrolled or recently graduated, J-1 for eligible exchange visitors, and EB-2 or EB-3 for candidates pursuing permanent residence. The right category depends on your citizenship, degree, and how quickly you need to start work.
What qualifications does Arthrex expect for Account Representative roles?
Arthrex typically looks for a bachelor's degree in a life science, sports medicine, or business-related field, combined with some exposure to clinical environments or direct sales. Prior experience in orthopedic or surgical medical device sales is a strong differentiator. Because Account Representatives work alongside surgeons in operating rooms, candidates who can demonstrate comfort in high-pressure clinical settings move further in the hiring process.
How do I apply for Account Representative jobs at Arthrex?
Start by searching for open Account Representative positions on the Arthrex careers site, filtering by territory since roles are posted regionally. You can also find Arthrex Account Representative openings that are open to visa sponsorship through Migrate Mate, which filters specifically for employers with a sponsorship track record. When you apply, tailor your resume to highlight clinical exposure and any direct sales experience relevant to surgical or orthopedic products.
How do I time my application if my work authorization is expiring soon?
If you're on F-1 OPT, file your H-1B cap-subject petition during the April filing window, which requires USCIS registration in March. If your OPT expires before October 1, cap-gap protection under the OPT extension rules may bridge the gap if you have a timely filed petition. TN visa holders have more flexibility since TN status can be renewed without the lottery, making Arthrex a workable option even outside the H-1B cycle.
