ROLE SUMMARY
This position is responsible for developing, validating, deploying, and continuously improving battery testing, manufacturing, repair, and reporting systems. TECHNICAL EXPERTISE
- EV battery module and pack testing.
- Battery charging/discharging and recycling preparation.
- High-voltage battery and cable diagnostics, repair, and validation.
- Battery Management Systems (BMS), SOC/SOH analysis, and battery failure modes.
- DTC troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
VEHICLE COMMUNICATION & DIAGNOSTICS EXPERIENCE
- CAN, CAN FD, and UDS communications.
- Vector CANoe, CANalyzer, and Vehicle Spy.
- CAN log analysis, network diagnostics, and communication validation.
