Project Specialist
Remote, U.S.A. / Full-time
Your responsibilities
Participate in development projects and create, maintain, and distribute technical materials to aid in the repair of products sold by BSH Home Appliances Corporation. The goal of this role is to create an exceptional service experience for our consumers with our current and future products.
Job Functions
- Assumes the role of stakeholder in assigned projects which include being responsible to manage deliverables, host smaller projects, coordinate resources, and create and deliver reparability concepts of our products.
- Create, manage, and deliver requirements during the product development process.
- Consistently makes sound business decisions and arguments that support the customer service business and acts in the best interest of our consumers.
- Act as a Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for your assigned products.
- Create and maintain service manuals, training materials, technical documents, and spare parts.
- Analyzing product construction, service concept, and/or field service processes to optimize our business.
- Lead projects related to technical documentation or field service issues.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings and Engineering Change Requests.
- Perform other duties as assigned with minimal supervision.
Your profile
- Four Year College – Required
- Certificate in Technical Writing – Preferred
- 5-7 Years Experience in Project Management – Required
- 5-7 Years Experience in Technical Writing – Preferred
- 5-7 Year of Experience in Technical Illustration – Preferred
- An ability to work under minimal supervision
- Must be able to analyze, organize, and prioritize work.
- Must be able to handle multi-task assignments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and documentation skills.
- SAP experience preferred
- Proficient in technical illustrations and software (Adobe, Photoshop, CAD, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Travel requirement – 10%
Your Pay & Benefits
The pay range posted for this position is based on the location noted in the posting title. Exact compensation offered may vary based on your specific skillset and work location. If the position is bonus or incentive eligible then the maximum payout potential is 200% of target with details laid out within the plan document.
Benefits offered include the following:
