Target technical roles in construction and real estate
CME Associates' sponsorship activity centers on specialized technical positions. Focus your applications on engineering, project management, and design roles where a specific degree requirement makes you a strong fit for the specialty occupation standard.
Understand the H-1B sponsorship process before you apply
CME Associates has sponsored H-1B visas, so it's worth knowing the lottery timeline before your interview. If you're selected in March's lottery, your status begins October 1, plan your conversations with their hiring team accordingly.
Lead with your technical qualifications, not your visa situation
Construction and real estate employers respond best to candidates who demonstrate clear project experience and domain expertise. Frame your visa needs as a logistics question after establishing your value, not as the opening ask.
Research CME's project portfolio before applying
Demonstrating familiarity with CME Associates' actual work, whether infrastructure, commercial real estate, or civil projects, shows genuine interest and gives you a stronger footing in interviews where sponsorship willingness is being assessed.
Use Migrate Mate to find verified sponsorship opportunities
Construction firms with real sponsorship history are harder to identify through general job boards. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors in the construction and real estate sector so you can filter by actual sponsorship track record before applying.

Find CME Associates JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does CME Associates sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, CME Associates has sponsored H-1B visas for foreign national employees in the construction and real estate industry. H-1B sponsorship at firms like CME typically targets roles that require a specific bachelor's degree or higher, such as engineering or technical project positions. Because H-1B selection involves a lottery, it's worth discussing timing and contingency plans with their hiring team early in the process.
Which visa types does CME Associates sponsor?
CME Associates sponsors H-1B visas as well as F-1 OPT and CPT for students on academic work authorization. The company also sponsors TN visas, which are available to Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying professional occupations. This range of visa types makes CME a realistic option for both current students and experienced professionals seeking employer sponsorship in construction and real estate.
What types of roles at CME Associates typically receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at CME Associates is most common in technical and professionally licensed roles within construction and real estate, positions such as civil engineers, project engineers, construction managers, and real estate analysts. These roles align with the specialty occupation standard required for H-1B sponsorship, where a specific degree in a relevant field is tied directly to the job duties.
How do I find open jobs at CME Associates that offer visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is the most reliable way to find CME Associates job listings with confirmed sponsorship history. Unlike general job boards, Migrate Mate verifies sponsorship track records from government disclosure data, so you can see which employers have actually sponsored visas rather than relying on unverified job posting claims. Filter by company name or industry to surface relevant construction and real estate roles.
How do I approach CME Associates about visa sponsorship during the hiring process?
The strongest approach is to establish your technical qualifications first and raise sponsorship logistics once there's mutual interest. For H-1B candidates, be prepared to explain the lottery timeline and October 1 start date. If you're on OPT, clarify your remaining authorization period upfront. Construction employers appreciate candidates who come prepared with clear answers about their visa situation rather than leaving it vague.
