Focus on technical and engineering roles
Daifuku Intralogistics America's sponsorship activity is concentrated in technical disciplines tied to manufacturing and automation systems. Target roles in mechanical engineering, controls, software, and systems integration to align with where the company's sponsorship track record is strongest.
Understand the H-1B specialty occupation requirement
Daifuku sponsors H-1B visas, which require your role to qualify as a specialty occupation tied to your degree. Ensure your background in engineering or a related technical field directly matches the responsibilities of the position you're applying for.
Apply well ahead of the H-1B cap season
H-1B registrations open in March each year. If you're targeting Daifuku Intralogistics America, aim to have an offer secured by late January or early February so HR and legal teams have time to prepare your registration.
Highlight automation and intralogistics experience
Daifuku specializes in automated warehousing and material handling systems. Candidates with hands-on experience in conveyor systems, warehouse automation, or industrial controls are a strong fit and more likely to be considered for sponsored roles.
Search verified sponsors before applying broadly
Not every manufacturing employer will sponsor visas. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you focus your applications on companies like Daifuku that have an established track record.
Engage with the company's project-based hiring cycles
As a systems integrator in manufacturing, Daifuku often hires around project ramp-ups and new facility deployments. Monitoring their openings consistently and applying during active expansion phases can improve your chances of landing a sponsored role.

If your background aligns with a specialty occupation, Daifuku is a viable sponsoring employer to target.
What types of roles does Daifuku Intralogistics America typically sponsor?
Sponsorship at Daifuku Intralogistics America tends to be concentrated in technical and engineering positions that require specialized knowledge. How do I find open sponsored positions at Daifuku Intralogistics America?
The most reliable approach is to use a platform that tracks real sponsorship history rather than relying on job postings that don't disclose visa policies. What is the typical timeline for H-1B sponsorship at a company like Daifuku Intralogistics America?
The H-1B process follows a fixed government calendar. Employers register candidates in March, USCIS conducts a lottery selection shortly after, and approved petitions are filed between April and June for an October 1 start date. For Daifuku specifically, you'd want an offer in place by late January or February to give the company's legal team sufficient preparation time.
How do I strengthen my application for a sponsored role at Daifuku Intralogistics America?
Tailoring your application to Daifuku's core technical work is the most effective approach. Demonstrate hands-on experience with industrial automation, warehouse management systems, or systems integration.
