Tailor your resume to automation manufacturing
Daifuku's manufacturing roles center on conveyor systems, sortation technology, and warehouse automation. Frame your experience around mechanical assembly, systems integration, or production operations rather than general manufacturing to match the technical scope of their open positions.
Obtain credentials that align with U.S. manufacturing standards
Certifications like OSHA 10 or 30 and familiarity with U.S. safety regulations strengthen your application for hands-on manufacturing roles. Employers in automated intralogistics increasingly expect candidates to arrive with documented safety training before onboarding.
Target roles requiring specialized intralogistics experience
Manufacturing positions at companies like Daifuku tend to attract H-1B sponsorship when the role requires specialized knowledge, such as automated guided vehicle systems or PLC-controlled production lines. Highlight that specificity when reaching out to hiring managers or in application materials.
Browse open manufacturing roles through Migrate Mate
Searching broadly across job boards can obscure which postings are actually open to visa sponsorship. Use Migrate Mate to filter for Daifuku Intralogistics America's manufacturing openings where sponsorship is confirmed, so you apply where you're actually eligible.
Clarify sponsorship intent before accepting an offer
Once an offer is extended, confirm in writing that the employer will file an H-1B petition on your behalf. H-1B cap-subject filings require USCIS registration in March, so your start date and offer timing need to align with that annual window.
Understand how E-Verify affects your onboarding timeline
Daifuku, as a federal contractor and large employer, is required to use E-Verify to confirm work authorization. Have your I-94, EAD, or H-1B approval notice ready on day one to avoid delays in completing the I-9 verification process.

Does Daifuku Intralogistics America sponsor H-1B visas for Manufacturings?
Yes, Daifuku Intralogistics America has sponsored H-1B visas for manufacturing roles. Sponsorship is typically offered for positions requiring specialized technical expertise in areas like automated material handling, systems integration, or production engineering. Availability depends on the specific role, business need, and whether the position qualifies as a specialty occupation under USCIS standards.
How do I apply for Manufacturing jobs at Daifuku Intralogistics America?
You can browse open manufacturing positions at Daifuku Intralogistics America through Migrate Mate, which filters for roles where visa sponsorship is confirmed. Apply directly through the company's careers portal and tailor your application to the specific technical requirements of the role, particularly any experience with automated conveyor or intralogistics systems.
Which visa types are commonly used for Manufacturing roles at Daifuku Intralogistics America?
The H-1B is the primary visa pathway for manufacturing professionals at Daifuku Intralogistics America. This visa requires the role to qualify as a specialty occupation, typically meaning a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering or technical field is the minimum entry requirement for the position.
What qualifications or experience are expected for Manufacturing roles at Daifuku Intralogistics America?
Most manufacturing positions require a background in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering, along with hands-on experience in production environments. Daifuku's focus on automated intralogistics means familiarity with conveyor systems, PLC programming, or systems integration is a significant advantage over general manufacturing experience.
How do I time my application around the H-1B filing process for a Manufacturing position?
H-1B cap-subject petitions follow a fixed annual cycle. USCIS opens registration in March, and approved petitions have an October 1 start date. If you're targeting a manufacturing role at Daifuku, aim to secure an offer by February so your employer has enough time to prepare and submit your registration before the deadline.
