HVAC Technician
The HVAC Technician will perform maintenance of HVAC equipment to include repair and replacement of defective equipment, components, or wiring. This role will require intermediate to advanced independent diagnostics, troubleshooting, pipefitting, and brazing of CATI (Chillers) and CATII (Non-Chiller) equipment.

What you will do:

- Conduct warranty service application by independently inspecting and testing systems to verify functionality for equipment.
- Verify functionality of new equipment. Educate customers on proper use of equipment, maintenance schedule, and operating manual.
- Problem-solve issues using reasoning and logic.
- Communicate with individuals who installed the system.
- Program new control systems using touchscreens and computers.
- Assist the owner's representatives to demonstrate that the system has been set up properly.
- Document actions taken on the jobsite to be included with project report.
- Direct discussions with building owners to assist with ongoing maintenance and service.
- Prepare wiring diagrams.
- Wear personal protective equipment when completing service tasks.
- Complete jobsite hazard assessment prior to initiating service and adhere to safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
- Demonstrate professionalism in appearance, verbal, and written communication. Interact with customers by offering status reports of service before, during, and after each call. Explain technical information to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Communicate potential sales opportunities to the sales staff through the quote process.
- Record and report billing, inventory, timecards, technician tip reports, product quality reports (PQR), and articles as required.

Must have:
