INTRODUCTION
Our Marine organization is a trusted provider of innovative solutions for the worldwide boating and boat building industry, and we recently expanded our scope to lead the boating industry into an electrified future. We are on a journey of continuous growth – now looking for our next star – passionate 2nd Shift Production / General Laborer's. This position reports to Production Supervisor and will work in Litchfield.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assembles and packages parts to fill customer orders
- Requires use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Accountable for the care and well-being of all tooling and equipment assigned to the cell operation
- Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- Must be dependable and have a good attendance record.
- Must not have discipline warnings in last 12 months.
- Must be accurate with numbers and scales.
- Must be capable of satisfying the requirements of Manufacturing Orders.
- Must be able to work with little supervision.
- Must be a self-starter.
- Must pass the required job protocol physical test as administered by Apex Physical Therapy.
- Must be available to work required overtime as schedules dictate.
Note: Failure to maintain any of these qualifications may result in disqualification from the position.
TRAINING:
- Up to 2 to 4 weeks on the job training
