About the Admissions and International Fulfillment Team:
Admissions owns the fan journey from purchase to venue entry. We orchestrate a real-time fulfillment network connecting sellers, systems, and experiences to get buyers in – reliably and delightfully. When things go wrong, we diagnose and resolve issues fast through resilient systems, automation, and AI-driven interventions that protect the buyer experience and strengthen marketplace trust.
International Fulfillment extends this mission globally. Our goal is simple and ambitious: deliver a post-purchase experience that works seamlessly across markets with very different norms, expectations, and operational realities. We are building systems that make a complex global marketplace feel simple, reliable, and intuitive for international fans.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on understanding customers deeply, solving ambiguous problems, and connecting operational complexity to elegant product solutions.
This is a rare, GM-like product role: broad, customer-centric ownership across multiple systems and markets, with the chance to define how StubHub serves millions of international fans as we grow globally.

Align your degree to StubHub's specialty roles
E-3 requires your degree to directly relate to the role. For StubHub, that means a degree in computer science, data analytics, marketing, or business, not a general match. Pull the job description and cross-reference the required field using O*NET before applying.
Target StubHub's product and engineering teams first
StubHub's product, engineering, and data functions are where E-3 sponsorship is most likely to be available. Roles requiring platform development, pricing analytics, or consumer insights tend to meet the specialty occupation threshold more cleanly than generalist retail positions.
Confirm LCA certification before accepting an offer
Your StubHub offer doesn't trigger E-3 eligibility on its own. The employer must file a certified Labor Condition Application with DOL first. Ask the recruiter or HR contact at what stage they initiate this, and confirm it's underway before you schedule your consulate appointment.
Verify your wage meets prevailing wage requirements
DOL requires StubHub to pay you at least the prevailing wage for your role and location. Run your job title through the OFLC Wage Search before your offer stage so you can negotiate from an informed position and flag any gaps early.
Use Migrate Mate to prepare your E-3 filing documents
Once StubHub confirms sponsorship, Migrate Mate can manage the filing process from LCA through consulate preparation. This is especially useful if StubHub's HR team is less familiar with E-3 specifically, since the process differs from H-1B visa in ways that matter at the consulate.
Prepare for a consulate interview focused on role specificity
E-3 consular officers at Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth routinely ask how your degree field connects to your specific duties at StubHub. Prepare a clear, one-sentence answer linking your academic background to the technical or commercial function of your role.
StubHub E-3 Visa Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does StubHub sponsor E-3 visas?
Yes, StubHub sponsors E-3 visas for qualified Australian nationals. The company has filed E-3 Labor Condition Applications for roles across its technology and commercial functions. Sponsorship is most accessible for positions that clearly meet the specialty occupation definition, meaning roles requiring at least a bachelor's degree in a directly related field.
Which roles at StubHub typically qualify for E-3 sponsorship?
E-3 sponsorship at StubHub is most common in product management, software engineering, data science, and marketing analytics. These roles align well with the specialty occupation requirement because they demand a specific degree background. Generalist retail or operations roles are less likely to qualify unless the job description specifies a defined academic discipline.
How do I start the E-3 application process after receiving a StubHub offer?
After accepting an offer, StubHub's HR or immigration team files a Labor Condition Application with DOL. Once that's certified, you complete the DS-160, pay the visa fee, and schedule a consulate interview in Australia. The full process from offer to visa stamp typically takes four to six weeks for a clean application. Migrate Mate can handle the filing steps if you want expert support.
How long does it take to get an E-3 visa through StubHub?
Timeline depends on DOL's LCA certification speed and your consulate's appointment availability. LCA certification typically takes around seven business days. Consulate wait times vary by location and season, with Sydney often fastest. Most applicants complete the full process within four to six weeks, though administrative processing can extend that in some cases.
How do I strengthen my E-3 application for a StubHub role?
Get your academic credentials evaluated if your Australian degree title doesn't closely match the U.S. job description. Make sure your offer letter specifies the role's degree requirements clearly. Cross-reference your occupation against O*NET to confirm it meets the specialty occupation threshold, and verify the wage offer meets or exceeds the prevailing wage for your role and StubHub's work location.
What is the prevailing wage for E-3 sponsorship at StubHub?
E-3 employers must pay at least the prevailing wage, determined when they file a Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor. The rate is based on the role, location, and experience level, ensuring Australian hires are paid comparably to U.S. workers in the same position. You can look up prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
