Job Roles at Frontier Schools Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Frontier Schools Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles that align with H-1B specialty occupation requirements
Frontier Schools has sponsored H-1B visas for education professionals. Focus your application on roles requiring a specific bachelor's degree or higher, such as curriculum specialists, instructional designers, or licensed subject-area teachers, where specialty occupation eligibility is clearest.
Consider Frontier Schools if you're pursuing a Green Card
Frontier Schools has a track record of sponsoring both H-1B and permanent residence visas. If long-term U.S. settlement is your goal, employers in education who support Green Card pathways are worth prioritizing, and Frontier Schools fits that profile.
Canadian and Mexican nationals should explore the TN visa route
Frontier Schools sponsors TN visas, which are faster and simpler to obtain than H-1B visas for eligible nationalities. If you hold Canadian or Mexican citizenship and work in a qualifying education role, ask Frontier Schools directly about TN sponsorship availability.
Apply during the school year hiring cycle to align with H-1B timelines
Education employers typically hire for the following school year between January and April. This aligns well with H-1B cap-subject filing in April. Starting your Frontier Schools application early in the calendar year gives both you and the employer time to prepare.
Filter for verified education sponsors before you apply
Not every school or education operator sponsors visas consistently. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you focus your time on employers like Frontier Schools that have an active track record.
Highlight state licensure or subject-matter credentials in your application
Frontier Schools operates in a regulated education environment where teaching credentials carry weight. Holding or actively pursuing relevant state licensure strengthens your petition for both H-1B specialty occupation classification and employer confidence in sponsoring your visa.

Does Frontier Schools sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Frontier Schools sponsors H-1B visas. The company has an established history of filing H-1B petitions for education professionals in roles that meet specialty occupation requirements. If you're targeting a position that requires a specific degree field, such as a subject-area teacher or instructional specialist, Frontier Schools is a legitimate H-1B sponsorship option worth pursuing.
What visa types does Frontier Schools sponsor?
Frontier Schools sponsors H-1B, EB-2, EB-3, and TN visas. This range covers both temporary work authorization and permanent residence pathways, which is relatively broad for an education employer. Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying roles may find the TN route particularly accessible, while others can explore H-1B or Green Card sponsorship depending on their career stage.
Which roles at Frontier Schools are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at education employers like Frontier Schools tends to concentrate in roles requiring specialized academic credentials, including licensed teachers in high-need subjects such as math, science, and special education, as well as instructional coordinators and curriculum developers. Roles with a clear degree-to-job connection are better positioned for H-1B specialty occupation approval.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at Frontier Schools?
Migrate Mate lists visa-sponsored positions from employers with verified sponsorship histories, including companies in the education sector like Frontier Schools. You can filter by visa type and industry to surface roles where sponsorship is confirmed, rather than having to guess or ask each employer individually. This saves significant time during your job search.
How do I approach the application process if I need visa sponsorship from Frontier Schools?
Be transparent about your visa needs early in the process. Frontier Schools has sponsored both temporary and permanent visas, so recruiters there are likely familiar with the process. If you're applying for an H-1B, timing matters, since the annual cap filing window opens in April. Starting conversations with employers in January or February gives you the best chance of being included in that cycle.
