Understand which visa types Rochester actively uses
Rochester sponsors a range of visa types including H-1B, E-3, TN, J-1, and Green Card pathways. Knowing which visa fits your nationality and role type before applying lets you have an informed, confident conversation with the HR or international offices.
Engage the Office of Global Engagement early
