Managing all aspects of customer engagement, including but not limited to customer demand schedule, credit issues, quote management, and product knowledge/awareness. - Develop and maintain purchasing and engineering relationships at accounts
- Completion of account pre-call preparation work and qualifying
- Determine calls to be made, set objectives with local management
- Full participation in Sales training
- Prepare a daily schedule and monitor achievement level
- Be proactive about order follow-up, credit issues, backlog, schedules etc.
- Aligning the needs of the customer with the needs of the company
- Maintain customer profiles, engineering opportunities, and visit reports via CRM
- Daily communication to Branch Management and Inside Sales on customer visits, objectives, and achievements
- Work as part of a team and understand each customer’s organization, including buying process and patterns
