Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Customer Service Jobs at Globus Medical Jobs
Tailor your resume to medical device terminology
Globus Medical's Customer Service teams support surgeons and hospital procurement staff, so your resume should reflect familiarity with healthcare environments, implant terminology, or regulated industry workflows, not just generic support experience.
Target roles specifying clinical or product support
Globus Medical posts Customer Service positions ranging from order management to clinical sales support. Roles tied to product education or surgical scheduling are more likely to qualify as specialty occupations, strengthening an H-1B petition if one is needed.
Ask recruiters about LCA filing timelines early
Before accepting an offer, confirm when the employer plans to file the Labor Condition Application with DOL. For H-1B transfers or new petitions, LCA certification typically takes seven business days and must precede I-129 filing.
Use Migrate Mate to filter Customer Service openings at Globus Medical
Sponsorship-eligible Customer Service roles at Globus Medical aren't always labeled clearly on general job boards. Use Migrate Mate to filter verified sponsoring employers in the medical device space and surface relevant openings faster.
Understand how TN status applies to your role
Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying occupations can enter on TN status without a lottery. Customer Service roles that involve technical product support or healthcare management functions may qualify, but confirm the occupational category aligns with USCIS TN criteria before relying on this pathway.

Find Customer Service at Globus Medical JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Globus Medical sponsor H-1B visas for Customer Service?
Yes, Globus Medical sponsors H-1B visas, including for Customer Service functions. Roles that involve specialized product knowledge, clinical support coordination, or healthcare account management are more likely to meet the specialty occupation standard USCIS requires. Generic order entry or call center roles may face more scrutiny, so the specific job title and duties matter.
How do I apply for Customer Service jobs at Globus Medical?
Applications go through Globus Medical's careers portal on their official website. You can also find verified Customer Service openings at Globus Medical through Migrate Mate, which filters roles by visa sponsorship eligibility. When applying, emphasize any background in medical devices, surgical products, or regulated industry environments, since Globus Medical's support teams work closely with clinical and procurement staff.
Which visa types are commonly used for Customer Service roles at Globus Medical?
Globus Medical sponsors H-1B, TN, J-1, and F-1 OPT and CPT for various roles, including Customer Service. F-1 OPT is common for recent graduates entering support functions, while H-1B or TN pathways are more typical for experienced hires. Green Card sponsorship through EB-2 or EB-3 is available for longer-tenured employees, though it requires a separate PERM labor certification process through DOL.
What qualifications does Globus Medical expect for Customer Service roles?
Globus Medical generally looks for candidates with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, business, or healthcare administration, combined with experience in a clinical or regulated industry environment. Familiarity with spine or orthopedic implant products is a strong differentiator. For visa sponsorship purposes, your degree should align with the specific duties of the role you're applying for.
How do I time my application around H-1B cap deadlines?
The H-1B cap registration window typically opens in March, with employment starting no earlier than October 1 if selected. If you're on OPT expiring before October, ask Globus Medical's HR team about cap-gap coverage, which allows you to keep working if your OPT ends while your H-1B petition is pending. Starting conversations with recruiters by January gives you enough runway to complete offer and LCA steps before the registration deadline.
