Job Roles at Aig PC Global Services
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Aig PC Global Services Green Card Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target technical and analytics roles
AIG PC Global Services most consistently sponsors Green Cards for roles in data science, actuarial analysis, and technology. Focusing your applications on these departments gives you the strongest chance of finding a position with a clear sponsorship pathway.
Confirm sponsorship intent early in interviews
Insurance companies like AIG often assess long-term fit before committing to Green Card sponsorship. Ask directly during interviews whether the role includes Green Card support, and confirm the company's typical timeline for initiating the PERM process.
Understand that PERM comes first
For most roles at AIG PC Global Services, the Green Card process begins with PERM labor certification filed with the Department of Labor. This step requires a formal recruitment process proving no qualified U.S. workers were available, so expect a structured hiring review.
Use Migrate Mate to verify sponsorship history
Before applying, confirm AIG PC Global Services has an active sponsorship record for your role type. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, saving time on applications where Green Card support is uncertain.
Highlight long-term business value in your application
AIG PC Global Services sponsors Green Cards when a candidate represents a sustained business need. Emphasize specialized insurance expertise, domain-specific certifications, or institutional knowledge that would be difficult to replace when making your case for sponsorship.

Does Aig PC Global Services sponsor Green Card visas?
Yes, AIG PC Global Services sponsors Green Card visas for eligible employees. The company has an established sponsorship track record across insurance and technology functions. Sponsorship is typically offered to candidates in specialized roles where the company has a documented long-term need, and it generally follows a period of employment on a nonimmigrant visa such as the H-1B or E-3.
Which roles at Aig PC Global Services are most likely to receive Green Card sponsorship?
Green Card sponsorship at AIG PC Global Services is most common in technical, actuarial, data analytics, and information technology roles. These positions typically require specialized qualifications that support the PERM labor certification process, where the employer must demonstrate that no equally qualified U.S. workers were available. Corporate and back-office functions in insurance operations can also qualify depending on the role.
How do I start the Green Card process at Aig PC Global Services?
The process typically begins after you have been employed for a period on a nonimmigrant visa. Your employer initiates PERM labor certification with the Department of Labor, followed by an I-140 immigrant petition filed with USCIS. Once approved, you either apply for adjustment of status if you are already in the U.S. or go through consular processing. AIG generally coordinates this through its internal immigration team or outside counsel.
How long does the Green Card process take at Aig PC Global Services?
The timeline depends on your nationality and the employment-based category your role falls under. PERM labor certification alone can take a year or more, and USCIS processing adds additional time after that. For applicants from India or China, priority date backlogs in the EB-2 and EB-3 categories can extend the overall wait significantly. Planning your nonimmigrant visa extensions around this timeline is important from the start.
How do I find Green Card jobs at Aig PC Global Services?
The most effective approach is to search for AIG PC Global Services roles on a platform that tracks verified sponsorship history rather than relying on job listings alone. Migrate Mate lets you filter employers by actual Green Card and work visa sponsorship data, so you can identify open roles at AIG and confirm the company's sponsorship activity before applying. This saves time and increases confidence in your job search.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card sponsorship at Aig PC Global Services?
Employers sponsoring a Green Card through the PERM labor certification process must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role. The Department of Labor determines this rate based on the specific job title, location, and experience level. The prevailing wage is locked in during the PERM filing and applies through the entire Green Card process. You can look up current rates using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
