The Physician & APP Advisor will play a critical role in driving candidate engagement, supporting business development efforts, and accelerating placements across all lines of business. Responsibilities:

Drive Candidate Placements Across All Lines of Business
Proactively match and submit qualified Physician and APP candidates, partner with workforce teams to reduce time-to-start, and support urgent and high-priority staffing needs -
Market Candidates Effectively
Promote candidate profiles across open roles and client systems, leveraging internal tools and external platforms (including LinkedIn) to maximize exposure and engagement -
Lead Generation & Stakeholder Engagement
Identify key decision-makers within hospital systems, conduct outreach, and schedule meetings to support pipeline growth and client expansion -
Research & Market Intelligence
Conduct targeted hospital and healthcare system research to map organizational structures, identify hiring trends, and uncover opportunities for strategic engagement -
Support New Contract Acquisition
Partner with Business Development teams to identify opportunities, contribute to outreach strategies, and help move prospects through the pipeline toward signed agreements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; equivalent experience in sales or staffing will also be considered

Minimum of 2+ years of success in a sales or metrics-driven role

Compensation:
Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $31.25 hourly, which equates to $65,000 plus annually plus bonus.
The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager’s discretion.
