Job Roles at Berkley Technology Services
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Berkley Technology Services Green Card Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target technology and engineering roles
Green Card sponsorship at Berkley Technology Services is concentrated in technical roles, particularly software development, data engineering, and IT systems. Focusing your application on these departments gives you the strongest chance of landing a sponsored position.
Demonstrate specialty occupation credentials
Insurance technology employers like Berkley Technology Services look for candidates whose degrees directly align with the role. A clear match between your educational background and the specific technical function strengthens both your H-1B and Green Card case.
Ask about sponsorship early in the process
Berkley Technology Services does sponsor Green Cards, but not for every role. Raising the topic respectfully during the offer stage, rather than after accepting, avoids misaligned expectations and confirms whether your specific position qualifies for sponsorship.
Use Migrate Mate to identify open roles with verified sponsorship history
Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history. Searching for Berkley Technology Services there helps you identify which open roles have been associated with past sponsorship activity before you apply.
Build tenure before initiating the Green Card process
At companies like Berkley Technology Services, Green Card sponsorship is typically offered to employees who have demonstrated performance and long-term fit. Prioritizing impact in your first year signals that you are worth the multi-year investment sponsorship requires.
Understand the PERM labor certification timeline
Green Card processing through EB-2 or EB-3 categories involves a PERM labor certification before USCIS filing. At Berkley Technology Services, aligning your visa status expiration dates with these multi-year timelines is essential to maintaining continuous work authorization throughout the process.

Does Berkley Technology Services sponsor Green Card visas?
Yes, Berkley Technology Services sponsors Green Card visas for employees in qualifying roles. Sponsorship is most common in technical and technology-focused positions within the company's insurance operations. Not every role qualifies, so confirming sponsorship eligibility for your specific position during the hiring process is strongly recommended.
Which roles at Berkley Technology Services are most likely to receive Green Card sponsorship?
Green Card sponsorship at Berkley Technology Services is concentrated in technology and engineering departments, including software development, data engineering, systems architecture, and IT infrastructure. Roles requiring specialized degrees and technical expertise are the most common candidates for EB-2 or EB-3 sponsorship within the company's insurance technology division.
How does the Green Card application process work at Berkley Technology Services?
For most sponsored employees, the process begins with PERM labor certification, where the company demonstrates no qualified U.S. workers are available for the role. This is followed by an I-140 immigrant petition filed with USCIS. Berkley Technology Services typically works with outside immigration counsel to manage these filings on the employee's behalf.
How long does Green Card sponsorship take at Berkley Technology Services?
The timeline depends heavily on your country of birth and the visa category used. PERM and I-140 processing alone can take one to two years. For applicants born in India or China, priority date backlogs in the EB-2 and EB-3 categories can extend the total wait significantly beyond that. Starting early and tracking your priority date is essential.
How do I find Green Card jobs at Berkley Technology Services that offer sponsorship?
The most reliable approach is to search for open roles and verify sponsorship history before applying. Migrate Mate lists roles from confirmed Green Card sponsors, letting you filter specifically for Berkley Technology Services to see which positions have been associated with past sponsorship. This saves time compared to applying broadly and asking later.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card sponsorship at Berkley Technology Services?
Employers sponsoring a Green Card through the PERM labor certification process must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role. The Department of Labor determines this rate based on the specific job title, location, and experience level. The prevailing wage is locked in during the PERM filing and applies through the entire Green Card process. You can look up current rates using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
