Align your credentials to EB-2 requirements
EVERSANA's science and research roles often qualify under EB-2, which requires an advanced degree or exceptional ability. Pull your transcripts and publication record before applying, since PERM labor certification under EB-2 demands documented proof of minimum educational requirements tied to the specific role.
Target regulatory and pharmacovigilance openings first
EVERSANA's regulatory affairs and pharmacovigilance teams have historically filed Green Card petitions more consistently than other departments. Roles requiring specialized life sciences credentials are harder to fill domestically, which gives you a stronger PERM case and makes sponsorship conversations with hiring managers more straightforward.
Request a sponsorship conversation before accepting an offer
Green Card sponsorship at EVERSANA isn't automatic with a job offer. Raise it explicitly during the offer negotiation stage, not after you've signed. Ask whether the role has been designated for permanent sponsorship and whether PERM filing is part of the standard onboarding path for your level.
Benchmark your salary against PERM prevailing wage
PERM requires EVERSANA to pay you the DOL prevailing wage for your occupation and location. Use the OFLC Wage Search to look up the wage level for your SOC code before negotiating salary, so your offer meets the threshold and doesn't stall the labor certification process later.
Use Migrate Mate to track EVERSANA's filing history
Before targeting EVERSANA, confirm which roles and locations have active LCA and PERM filing history. Migrate Mate surfaces DOL Labor Condition Application data by employer and occupation code, so you can see whether your specific function at EVERSANA has a real sponsorship track record.
Document your specialized expertise against O*NET standards
PERM audits require proof that your role genuinely requires your qualifications. Cross-reference your job duties against the O*NET occupation profile for your position before the process begins, so you and EVERSANA's immigration counsel can build a defensible job description that withstands DOL scrutiny.
EVERSANA Green Card Visa Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does EVERSANA sponsor Green Card visas?
Yes, EVERSANA sponsors Green Cards for eligible employees, primarily through the EB-2 and EB-3 employment-based preference categories. Sponsorship is most common in science, research, and regulatory roles where the position requires specialized credentials that are difficult to source domestically. Sponsorship is offered at the company's discretion and is not guaranteed with every offer.
Which roles at EVERSANA typically receive Green Card sponsorship?
Green Card sponsorship at EVERSANA is concentrated in life sciences consulting, pharmacovigilance, regulatory affairs, and clinical operations functions. Roles that require advanced degrees in pharmacy, life sciences, or biostatistics tend to qualify more readily for PERM-based sponsorship because the specialized credential requirement is easier to document and defend through the DOL labor certification process.
How do I start the Green Card process at EVERSANA?
The process begins with EVERSANA's immigration counsel filing a PERM labor certification with DOL, which confirms no qualified U.S. workers are available for the role. After PERM approval, EVERSANA files an I-140 immigrant petition with USCIS on your behalf. You can use Migrate Mate to research whether your target role and location have an active filing track record before you apply.
How long does Green Card sponsorship take at EVERSANA?
The full process from PERM filing through Green Card approval typically spans several years, depending on your country of birth and the preference category. PERM itself takes several months to certify with DOL, followed by I-140 processing at USCIS. For nationals of countries with high demand, priority date backlogs can extend total timelines significantly beyond the initial filing period.
How do I improve my chances of getting Green Card sponsorship at EVERSANA?
Focus your application on roles that require a specific advanced degree in a life sciences discipline, since those positions have the clearest PERM pathway. Raise sponsorship explicitly during offer negotiations and confirm the role is designated for permanent sponsorship before accepting. Checking the OFLC Wage Search in advance ensures your salary negotiation doesn't conflict with DOL prevailing wage requirements for your occupation.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card sponsorship at EVERSANA?
Employers sponsoring a Green Card through the PERM labor certification process must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role. The Department of Labor determines this rate based on the specific job title, location, and experience level. The prevailing wage is locked in during the PERM filing and applies through the entire Green Card process. You can look up current rates using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
