Job Roles at FORTNA
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in FORTNA Green Card Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target engineering and technical roles
FORTNA's Green Card sponsorships concentrate in engineering, systems integration, and operations roles tied to its manufacturing and automation work. Focusing your search on these functions improves your odds of landing a position with a genuine sponsorship track record.
Understand the EB-2 and EB-3 pathways
FORTNA files Green Cards through both EB-2 and EB-3 categories. EB-2 typically applies to roles requiring advanced degrees, while EB-3 covers skilled positions. Knowing which category fits your background helps you frame your qualifications correctly from the first conversation.
Raise sponsorship early in the process
Manufacturing employers like FORTNA often have established immigration workflows but expect candidates to signal interest directly. Mention your need for Green Card sponsorship in your cover letter or initial recruiter conversation so there are no surprises later.
Highlight specialized technical skills
FORTNA operates in a specialized niche where supply chain automation and systems expertise are genuinely scarce. Demonstrating depth in areas like warehouse management systems, robotics integration, or industrial engineering strengthens the business case for sponsoring your Green Card petition.
Search verified sponsors before applying
Not every manufacturing company that claims to sponsor Green Cards follows through consistently. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you prioritize applications to employers like FORTNA with a documented record.
Align your timeline with PERM requirements
Green Card sponsorship through FORTNA involves a PERM labor certification before the actual petition, which adds significant lead time. Starting conversations with hiring managers and HR early gives you a clearer picture of where your role falls in that process.

Does FORTNA sponsor Green Card visas?
Yes, FORTNA sponsors Green Card visas for qualifying employees. The company files petitions through the EB-2 and EB-3 employment-based categories, primarily for engineering, technical, and operations roles within its manufacturing and supply chain automation business. Sponsorship is typically initiated after a candidate has established themselves in a full-time role.
Which roles at FORTNA are most likely to receive Green Card sponsorship?
Engineering, systems integration, and operations roles are the most common sponsorship candidates at FORTNA. Positions requiring specialized knowledge in warehouse automation, industrial engineering, or supply chain technology tend to qualify under EB-2 or EB-3 criteria. Corporate and support functions may also be eligible depending on the degree and experience requirements of the specific role.
How does the Green Card application process work at FORTNA?
FORTNA follows the standard employment-based Green Card process: PERM labor certification through the Department of Labor, followed by an I-140 immigrant petition filed with USCIS, and finally adjustment of status or consular processing. The company works with immigration counsel to manage each stage, but employees should expect to provide detailed employment and educational documentation throughout.
How long does Green Card sponsorship take at FORTNA?
The timeline depends on your country of birth and the visa category used. PERM certification alone can take a year or more, and for applicants from high-demand countries like India, visa backlogs can extend the overall process significantly. It's worth discussing timeline expectations directly with FORTNA's HR team before or during the offer stage.
How do I find Green Card jobs at FORTNA?
Start by browsing FORTNA's careers page and filtering for roles in engineering and operations. Migrate Mate lists FORTNA among verified Green Card sponsors, so you can confirm sponsorship history and find open positions in one place. When you apply, clearly state your sponsorship needs early so FORTNA's recruiting team can assess fit before moving forward.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card sponsorship at FORTNA?
Employers sponsoring a Green Card through the PERM labor certification process must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role. The Department of Labor determines this rate based on the specific job title, location, and experience level. The prevailing wage is locked in during the PERM filing and applies through the entire Green Card process. You can look up current rates using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
