- Verify accuracy of receiving data (price, quantity, and condition) and support resolution of discrepancies.
- Participate in annual physical inventory activities for assigned commodities.
- Work closely with manufacturing, sales, engineering, and logistics to identify upcoming demand and future material requirements.

Align your credentials to EB-2 or EB-3
Terex sponsors through both EB-2 and EB-3, so your degree level and experience determine which pathway applies. EB-2 requires an advanced degree or exceptional ability; EB-3 covers skilled workers with a bachelor's degree. Map your background to the right category before applying.
Target roles requiring specialized manufacturing skills
Terex's Green Card sponsorships concentrate in engineering, product development, and technical operations tied to heavy equipment manufacturing. Roles requiring specialized mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering expertise are far stronger candidates for sponsorship than generalist or administrative positions.
Understand the PERM labor certification timeline
Before Terex can file your Green Card petition, DOL must certify through PERM that no qualified U.S. worker is available for your role. This process alone typically takes six to twelve months, so factor it into your overall permanent residence timeline from day one.
Verify your prevailing wage using OFLC Wage Search
Terex must pay the DOL-certified prevailing wage for your specific occupation and location during the PERM process. Use OFLC Wage Search to look up the wage level for your job title and region before negotiating your offer, so salary disputes don't delay your filing.
Find Terex Green Card jobs using Migrate Mate
Search Migrate Mate to identify active Terex Corporation roles with verified Green Card sponsorship history. Filtering by employer and visa type lets you target positions where sponsorship is already an established practice, not just a possibility mentioned in a job description.
Raise sponsorship directly during offer negotiations
Terex HR teams handle immigration coordination internally, so confirm Green Card sponsorship is explicitly included in your written offer before you accept. Verbal assurances aren't binding, and initiating PERM requires formal employer commitment documented before the recruitment process begins.
Terex Corporation Green Card Visa Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does Terex Corporation sponsor Green Card visas?
Yes, Terex Corporation sponsors Green Card visas for qualifying employees in the United States. Sponsorship is primarily available for engineering, technical, and manufacturing operations roles. Terex files through both EB-2 and EB-3 preference categories depending on the role's requirements and the candidate's educational background and experience level.
Which roles at Terex Corporation are most likely to receive Green Card sponsorship?
Terex's Green Card sponsorships are concentrated in roles tied to its core manufacturing and equipment engineering operations, including mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, product development specialists, and manufacturing process engineers. Roles requiring niche technical expertise in heavy equipment or industrial systems carry stronger sponsorship prospects than support or administrative functions.
How do I start the Green Card process at Terex Corporation?
The process starts with Terex committing to sponsor you in a formal written offer. From there, Terex's immigration counsel initiates PERM labor certification through DOL, which verifies no qualified U.S. worker is available for your role. Once PERM is certified, Terex files an immigrant petition with USCIS under the appropriate EB category.
How long does the Green Card process take at Terex Corporation?
PERM labor certification alone typically takes six to twelve months before Terex can file the immigrant petition with USCIS. After petition approval, your wait for a visa number depends on your country of birth and the EB preference category. EB-3 filers from high-demand countries often face significantly longer backlogs than EB-2 applicants.
How do I find open Green Card jobs at Terex Corporation?
Use Migrate Mate to search Terex Corporation roles filtered by Green Card sponsorship. This lets you identify positions where Terex has an established history of filing, rather than relying solely on job descriptions that mention sponsorship without context. Targeting roles aligned with Terex's engineering and manufacturing divisions gives you the strongest starting point.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card sponsorship at Terex Corporation?
Employers sponsoring a Green Card through the PERM labor certification process must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role. The Department of Labor determines this rate based on the specific job title, location, and experience level. The prevailing wage is locked in during the PERM filing and applies through the entire Green Card process. You can look up current rates using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
