Target roles with clear degree requirements
Endeavor Health's H-1B filings concentrate in roles where a specific bachelor's degree or higher is a hard requirement, not a preference. Before applying, verify the job posting explicitly states a required field of study so your application clears the specialty occupation threshold.
Research the prevailing wage before negotiating
Use the OFLC Wage Search to look up the prevailing wage for your occupation code and the Illinois county where Endeavor Health operates. Knowing the Level I through Level IV wage tiers lets you negotiate a salary that satisfies DOL requirements without pricing yourself out.
Align your credentials to U.S. clinical standards early
Healthcare employers like Endeavor Health require credential evaluations before extending an H-1B offer. Get a foreign degree evaluation from a NACES-approved organization before you apply, so you can present equivalency documentation during the hiring process rather than after an offer is made.
Confirm E-Verify enrollment before accepting an offer
Ask the recruiter whether Endeavor Health is enrolled in E-Verify. As a healthcare employer, they're likely enrolled, but confirming this early means your I-9 verification aligns with H-1B filing timelines and you won't face delays if your authorization period is tight.
Use Migrate Mate to identify your H-1B filing window
Endeavor Health's H-1B filings are selective, so timing your application to the April cap season matters. Migrate Mate shows the employer's historical LCA filing activity by occupation, helping you gauge which roles have active sponsorship and when to expect the petition to be filed.
Request an employment start date that clears cap timing
H-1B cap petitions filed for October 1 starts can leave a gap if your OPT or current status expires before then. Negotiate a start date that aligns with the USCIS cap timeline and, if needed, ask whether Endeavor Health will file for premium processing to reduce the uncertainty period.
Endeavor Health H-1B Visa Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does Endeavor Health sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Endeavor Health does sponsor H-1B visas. Sponsorship is focused on clinical and specialized healthcare roles where the position qualifies as a specialty occupation under USCIS standards. Candidates in fields such as clinical operations, allied health, and medical support are the most common profile for H-1B sponsorship at this organization.
Which roles at Endeavor Health are most likely to receive H-1B sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Endeavor Health tends to follow roles that require a specific degree in a directly related field, which is the core specialty occupation test. Clinical positions in areas like therapy, laboratory sciences, and patient care coordination fit this profile most reliably. Generalist administrative roles are unlikely to qualify unless a specialized degree is explicitly required.
How do I approach the H-1B application process at Endeavor Health?
The process starts with a job offer, after which Endeavor Health's HR or a retained immigration attorney files a Labor Condition Application with the DOL. Once that's certified, USCIS receives the I-129 petition. You'll need to provide credential documentation, your degree transcripts, and employment verification early in the process to avoid delays.
How do I estimate the timeline for H-1B sponsorship at Endeavor Health?
Standard H-1B cap petitions have an October 1 start date, with registration opening in March. If premium processing is filed, USCIS adjudicates within 15 business days of receipt. For cap-exempt situations, timelines are shorter. Build at least six months into your planning from the point of offer acceptance to an authorized start date.
How do I find H-1B jobs at Endeavor Health as an international applicant?
Filter your search to roles that explicitly list degree requirements in a specific field, since those are the positions most likely to support an H-1B petition. Migrate Mate surfaces Endeavor Health's LCA filing history by occupation, so you can confirm which job categories have active sponsorship before investing time in the application process.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B jobs at Endeavor Health?
H-1B employers must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is determined when they file the Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor. The rate is based on the role, location, and experience level, and ensures international hires are paid comparably to U.S. workers in the same position. You can look up prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
