INTRODUCTION
Flex is a growth-stage, NYC headquartered FinTech company that is creating the best rent payment experience. It’s hard to believe that it’s 2026 and paying rent on time is expensive, inflexible, and difficult. We’re here to change that! Flex enables our users to pay rent throughout the month on a schedule that better fits their finances and budget. Our mission is to empower as many renters as possible with flexibility over their most significant recurring expense. After deliberately keeping a stealth profile as we built up unprecedented investor support and an enthusiastic user base, we are looking for motivated individuals to help us keep our mission growing. Will you be a part of the team?
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Flex's Contract Lead Talent Partner, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing through handoff to onboarding — serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to hiring leads across Strategy & Operations, Compliance, Legal, People, Finance and Revenue. This is a high-autonomy role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, requiring you to manage competing priorities with speed and precision. We anticipate approximately full-time hours per week for up to six months, with the possibility of extension or conversion based on business need.
Success in this role looks like building credible relationships with hiring managers quickly, running clean and consistent interview loops through Greenhouse, monitoring pipeline health and pass-through rates, developing closing strategies for senior-level searches with discretion, and continuously leaning into AI tooling and automation workflows to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple open roles across Strategy & Operations, Compliance, Legal, People, Finance and Revenue; from prescreening and interview facilitation through debriefing, offer design, and handoff to onboarding.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies informed by market data and hiring trends, leveraging AI tools to build targeted pipelines and personalize outreach at scale.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, providing counsel on approach, market nuance, and candidate assessment to deliver a best-in-class hiring experience.
- Design and communicate competitive compensation packages using internal and external benchmark data, leading offer and negotiation conversations with foresight and discretion.
- Maintain a clean, well-organized candidate pipeline in Greenhouse for both inbound and sourced candidates, ensuring data integrity throughout the process.
- Engage and manage third-party sourcing resources as needed, monitoring pipeline health and escalating vendor issues appropriately.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong track record across the G&A functions (Strategy & Operations, Compliance, Legal, People, Finance), GTM (Revenue) or Tech.
- Demonstrated ability to manage senior-level searches and negotiate complex total compensation packages independently.
- Expert command of sourcing strategies, talent attraction, and candidate engagement; including applied use of AI tools for pipeline building, personalized outreach, and screening.
- Proficiency in Greenhouse (ATS), or the like, with a track record of maintaining clean, audit-ready pipelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into hiring strategy.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels while operating with a high degree of confidentiality.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and high-volume hiring in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with precision and composure.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with People Operations or equivalent teams on workforce planning and internal mobility.
The national pay range for this role is $75-85 hourly. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience aligned with Flex's internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks.

Align your credentials to automotive engineering requirements
Flextronics Automotive targets H-1B sponsorship for specialty occupation roles requiring a bachelor's degree in a directly related field. Map your degree against the specific engineering discipline listed in the job posting before applying, since a mismatch weakens the specialty occupation determination.
Research prevailing wage tiers before salary negotiations
Your offered salary must meet the DOL prevailing wage for your role and location. Use the OFLC Wage Search to identify the wage level Flextronics Automotive is likely to certify, so you can negotiate from an informed position rather than accepting an offer that risks LCA complications.
Target roles with clear degree-to-job-title alignment
Automotive operations roles at manufacturing firms sometimes draw scrutiny during H-1B adjudication if the job duties appear generalist. Focus your application on engineering, quality, or systems roles where the connection between your specific degree field and the job description is direct and documentable.
Use Migrate Mate to verify Flextronics Automotive's LCA history
Before accepting an offer, check Flextronics Automotive's Labor Condition Application filing history through Migrate Mate. You can see which job titles and wage levels the company has certified, helping you assess whether your role and compensation are consistent with their established sponsorship patterns.
Confirm H-1B filing timing with your recruiter early
The H-1B cap registration window opens in March for an October 1 start date. Ask Flextronics Automotive's HR team during the offer stage whether they file in-house or through outside counsel, so you understand who manages the petition and when you need to provide supporting documentation.
Prepare for potential requests for evidence on specialty occupation
USCIS has issued requests for evidence on H-1B petitions where job duties overlap with non-degree roles common in manufacturing environments. Gather employer letters, organizational charts, and your academic transcripts in advance so Flextronics Automotive's legal team can respond quickly if USCIS asks for clarification.
Flextronics Automotive Usa, Inc. H-1B Visa Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does Flextronics Automotive Usa, Inc. sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Flextronics Automotive Usa, Inc. sponsors H-1B visas. The company has an active sponsorship track record covering engineering and technical positions within the automotive manufacturing sector. It also participates in EB-2 and EB-3 employment-based green card programs, which means H-1B sponsorship is often part of a longer-term immigration pathway for qualifying employees.
Which roles at Flextronics Automotive Usa, Inc. typically receive H-1B sponsorship?
H-1B sponsorship at Flextronics Automotive is most consistently associated with specialty occupation roles in engineering disciplines, including manufacturing engineering, quality engineering, and systems or process engineering. Roles that require a specific bachelor's degree in a technical field align most closely with the H-1B specialty occupation standard that USCIS applies during adjudication.
How do I navigate the H-1B application process at Flextronics Automotive Usa, Inc.?
Once you receive a job offer, Flextronics Automotive's HR or legal team initiates the process by filing a Labor Condition Application with DOL, then submitting the I-129 petition to USCIS during the annual cap registration period. Your role is to provide educational credentials, employment history, and any supporting documentation your employer's legal counsel requests promptly to avoid delays.
How long does H-1B sponsorship take at Flextronics Automotive Usa, Inc.?
The standard H-1B timeline runs from March cap registration through an October 1 employment start date, covering roughly seven months from registration to authorization. If Flextronics Automotive elects premium processing, USCIS adjudicates the petition within 15 business days of receipt, which can accelerate certainty around your start date. Your employer decides whether to pay for premium processing.
How do I find open H-1B jobs at Flextronics Automotive Usa, Inc.?
Migrate Mate lists verified H-1B sponsoring employers including Flextronics Automotive, filtered by the company's actual Labor Condition Application filing history. This lets you identify active openings where sponsorship is already established rather than relying on job postings that may not reflect a company's current immigration program status or willingness to sponsor new candidates.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B jobs at Flextronics Automotive Usa, Inc.?
H-1B employers must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is determined when they file the Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor. The rate is based on the role, location, and experience level, and ensures international hires are paid comparably to U.S. workers in the same position. You can look up prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
