- Track financials in SAP, including expenditures, invoices, purchase orders, and contract costs.
- Support annual OPEX and CAPEX planning by validating spend, identifying cost transparency issues, and assessing vendor pricing.
- Participate in audits, inspections, and incident reviews, supporting proper documentation and corrective actions.
- Coordinate space planning, office moves, and small to mid‑scale renovation projects across IFM, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background

Job Roles at Hitachi Energy
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Hitachi Energy H-1B Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target engineering and technical roles first
Hitachi Energy's H-1B sponsorship is concentrated in electrical, power systems, and software engineering roles. Focusing your applications on these departments gives you the strongest chance of landing a position with genuine sponsorship support.
Understand how Hitachi Energy structures its H-1B process
Hitachi Energy works with immigration counsel to file H-1B petitions on behalf of selected candidates. Expect internal approvals and legal review to happen after an offer, so ask your recruiter early about their sponsorship workflow.
Align your degree field with the role's specialty occupation requirement
H-1B approval depends on your degree matching the job's specialty occupation. For Hitachi Energy roles, degrees in electrical engineering, computer science, or power systems carry the most weight with USCIS reviewers.
Use verified sponsorship data when searching for open roles
Not every job posting mentions H-1B sponsorship clearly. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, making it easier to identify active Hitachi Energy openings that are genuine sponsorship opportunities.
Highlight energy sector experience in your application
Hitachi Energy operates across grid modernization, renewable integration, and industrial automation. Candidates who can speak directly to these domains, whether through coursework, projects, or prior roles, are more competitive for sponsored positions.

Does Hitachi Energy sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Hitachi Energy sponsors H-1B visas for qualified candidates in specialized technical and engineering roles. The company has an established immigration process and works with legal counsel to support petitions. Sponsorship is most common for roles in power systems, grid technology, software engineering, and related disciplines where specialized degree requirements are clear.
Which roles and departments at Hitachi Energy typically receive H-1B sponsorship?
H-1B sponsorship at Hitachi Energy is most concentrated in electrical engineering, power systems engineering, software development, automation, and grid technology. Research and product development teams also generate sponsored positions. Roles that require a specific technical degree, such as electrical or computer engineering, are the strongest fit for H-1B classification under USCIS specialty occupation standards.
How do I navigate the H-1B application process at Hitachi Energy?
After receiving and accepting a job offer, Hitachi Energy's HR and immigration teams initiate the H-1B petition process with outside counsel. You'll provide educational credentials, employment details, and supporting documents. The employer files Form I-129 with USCIS, and for cap-subject petitions, registration must occur in March for an October start. Ask your recruiter which process applies to your role.
How long does H-1B sponsorship take at Hitachi Energy?
Timeline depends on whether your petition is cap-subject or cap-exempt. Cap-subject cases follow the annual lottery cycle, with petitions filed in April and employment beginning October 1. Standard USCIS processing takes several months after filing. Premium processing, which Hitachi Energy may offer for certain roles, can reduce the adjudication window to around 15 business days once the petition is accepted.
How do I find H-1B sponsored jobs at Hitachi Energy?
The most reliable approach is to search specifically for Hitachi Energy openings on platforms that verify real sponsorship history. Migrate Mate lets you filter jobs by confirmed H-1B sponsors, so you can see active Hitachi Energy roles where sponsorship is a genuine part of the hiring process, rather than relying on vague job posting language about visa support.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B jobs at Hitachi Energy?
H-1B employers must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is determined when they file the Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor. The rate is based on the role, location, and experience level, and ensures international hires are paid comparably to U.S. workers in the same position. You can look up prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
