We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead clinical and operational excellence for our Telemetry Unit. In this role, you will oversee patient care delivery, drive quality and safety initiatives, and mentor a high-performing nursing team—all while advancing our mission, vision, and values.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead daily operations, including patient care, staffing, and resource management
- Drive quality, safety, and performance improvement initiatives
- Foster a collaborative, patient- and family-centered care environment
- Coach, develop, and support nursing staff growth and accountability
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies
- Manage fiscal and administrative responsibilities
QUALIFICATIONS
- RN License (NYS) | BSN required
- BLS & ACLS certifications
- 5+ years acute care experience in critical care
- 1+ year leadership experience at a hospital setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
PREFERRED
- Telemetry or Stepdown experience
- 3+ years leadership experience
- Master’s degree in Nursing or related field
