Your Opportunity, Your Team
The Director, People Lead for Supply Chain & Operations is a senior strategic HRBP role within the People Team function at QVC Group. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will serve as the enterprise People partner for our global Supply Chain and Operations organizations - one of the most complex and operationally critical client groups in the company.
Your client group spans global supply chain, US fulfillment centers, customer service, real estate & workplace services, and other core operational functions. This includes a large, distributed, hourly and salaried workforce operating across multiple sites and time zones. You will own the human capital strategy for this population end-to-end, influence senior operations leaders on decisions that affect thousands of employees, and lead a globally dispersed team of People & Organization (P&O) leaders who deliver on the ground every day.
This is not an administrative HR role. You will architect workforce strategies, drive organizational effectiveness, lead through large-scale change, and build the leadership capability your client group needs to execute QVC Group's business strategy.
Where You'll Work
This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our US Headquarters in West Chester, PA (Studio Park) several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Delaware.
- Drive large-scale change management and transformation programs across a complex, high-volume workforce - anticipating workforce risk, building change readiness, and mobilizing the right People Team resources to support execution.
- Act as the integrator of the People Team function for your client group - translating operational business needs into COE priorities, managing the People Team delivery experience end-to-end, and ensuring consistency across a geographically distributed employee population.
- Own the human capital strategy for QVC Group's global Supply Chain, Operations, and Fulfillment organization - partnering directly with senior operations leaders to ensure every major business initiative has a clear talent, culture, and organizational health lens from the start.
- Lead, develop, and direct a globally dispersed team of P&O leaders embedded across our operations network - setting direction, managing performance, and building a team that operates as a trusted partner to the business at every site and market.
- Serve as a strategic advisor and challenger to the Chief Supply Chain Officer and the Operations leadership team: bringing a clear point of view on workforce planning, organizational design, succession, performance, and leadership effectiveness. You're here to elevate how leaders think, not just execute what they ask for.
- Use people analytics and workforce data to diagnose organizational health, surface trends across your operations population, and build data-backed recommendations that connect to business outcomes.
- Coach and develop leaders at all levels within your client group - building a culture where feedback, accountability, and growth are embedded in how teams operate day-to-day.
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience, with demonstrated success supporting large, complex, operationally intensive client groups - supply chain, fulfillment, manufacturing, logistics, or customer service environments strongly preferred.
- Experience partnering with senior operations or supply chain leaders and influencing decisions that affect large, distributed, hourly and salaried workforces.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team of HR professionals, including across geographies and time zones.
- Deep expertise across core HR disciplines: organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, performance management, employee relations, and leadership development.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate people data into business insights and actionable recommendations.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer-facing supply chain operations is a plus.
- Exposure to global or multi-market HR partnerships, including international labor relations or employment law, is a plus.
- Experience with Workday HRIS preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent HR certification a plus.
Our Total Rewards package includes benefits you’ll love such as competitive compensation, paid time off, an employee assistance program, parental leave, paid volunteer hours, and amazing company discounts! As an equal opportunity employer, QVC Group is committed to a barrier-free employment process. If you need reasonable accommodations/support throughout, please contact us at workwithus@qvcgrp.com for assistance.

How to Get Visa Sponsorship in QVC H-1B Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target QVC's technology and digital teams
QVC's H-1B sponsorship concentrates in roles supporting its e-commerce platform, data engineering, and IT infrastructure. Prioritizing these departments over general retail or operational roles gives you a stronger shot at landing a sponsored position.
Confirm sponsorship before applying
Not every QVC job listing explicitly states H-1B sponsorship availability. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and avoid wasting time on roles that won't support your visa status.
Demonstrate specialty occupation alignment
QVC evaluates H-1B eligibility based on whether the role qualifies as a specialty occupation. Tailor your resume to show how your specific degree field directly applies to the job's core duties, not just general industry experience.
Engage QVC recruiters early in the hiring cycle
H-1B sponsorship decisions at retail companies often involve HR and legal review beyond the hiring manager. Reaching out to QVC talent acquisition before applying signals serious intent and gives you early clarity on whether a role can support sponsorship.
Prepare for QVC's cross-functional hiring process
QVC typically involves multiple stakeholders when filling technical roles. Expect interviews spanning both your functional team and broader business partners, so prepare to articulate your value across retail operations, content, and technology contexts.
Time your application around the H-1B cap cycle
For cap-subject H-1B positions at QVC, USCIS registration opens in March and employment can begin October 1. Starting conversations with QVC recruiters in the fall or winter gives both sides adequate runway to plan and prepare.

Does QVC sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, QVC sponsors H-1B visas for qualifying roles. Sponsorship is focused on positions requiring specialized expertise, particularly within technology, data, and digital commerce functions. QVC also supports other visa categories including F-1 OPT and TN, so candidates on multiple visa types may find opportunities across the company.
Which roles and departments at QVC are most likely to receive H-1B sponsorship?
H-1B sponsorship at QVC is most common in roles tied to its technology infrastructure, e-commerce platforms, data analytics, and software engineering teams. Corporate functions such as finance and business analysis may also qualify if the role meets specialty occupation requirements. Retail operations and warehouse roles are generally not eligible for H-1B sponsorship.
How do I navigate the H-1B application process at QVC?
Once QVC extends an offer for a sponsored role, the company works with an immigration attorney to file a Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor and then the H-1B petition with USCIS. Your primary responsibility is providing accurate employment and educational documentation. QVC's HR and legal teams coordinate the filing timeline on your behalf.
How do I find open H-1B jobs at QVC?
Migrate Mate lists verified H-1B sponsoring employers including QVC, letting you filter for roles where sponsorship has been confirmed through actual filing history rather than self-reported claims. Check QVC's careers page alongside Migrate Mate to cross-reference current openings against sponsorship eligibility, and focus your applications on technical and analytical roles where sponsorship is most consistent.
What is the expected timeline for H-1B sponsorship at QVC?
The timeline depends on whether you require a cap-subject H-1B or qualify for a cap-exempt transfer. For cap-subject petitions, USCIS registration occurs in March with an October 1 start date. From offer acceptance to petition filing typically spans several weeks. Premium processing is available to accelerate USCIS adjudication to around 15 business days if timing is critical.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B jobs at QVC?
H-1B employers must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is determined when they file the Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor. The rate is based on the role, location, and experience level, and ensures international hires are paid comparably to U.S. workers in the same position. You can look up prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
