Tailor your resume to Hopper's stack
Hopper's project management roles often involve coordinating engineering, data science, and product teams building travel-tech features. Frame your resume around cross-functional delivery in fast-moving digital product environments, not traditional hospitality operations management.
Search open roles using Migrate Mate
Hopper posts Senior Project Management openings across multiple channels. Use Migrate Mate to filter specifically for Hopper roles that include visa sponsorship, so you're not wasting time on listings that exclude international candidates.
Raise sponsorship in the offer stage
Wait until you have a verbal offer before discussing H-1B sponsorship logistics. Bringing it up too early signals risk to recruiters. Once an offer is extended, ask directly whether Hopper's immigration counsel handles the LCA and I-129 filing in-house.
Understand the H-1B cap timeline for your role
If Hopper files an H-1B on your behalf, USCIS registration opens in March with an October 1 start date if selected. Build your offer and onboarding conversation around that calendar, especially if your current work authorization expires before then.
Align your credentials to specialty occupation requirements
For Senior Project Management roles, USCIS requires a direct connection between your degree field and the job duties. A business, engineering, or computer science degree typically satisfies this. Document any PMP certification or domain-specific qualifications that reinforce the specialty occupation argument.

Find Senior Project Management at Hopper JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Hopper sponsor H-1B visas for Senior Project Managements?
Yes, Hopper sponsors H-1B visas for Senior Project Management roles. The company has a consistent track record of filing H-1B petitions for this function, particularly for candidates with technical project delivery backgrounds. If you receive an offer, Hopper's immigration process typically involves an external counsel managing the Labor Condition Application with DOL and the I-129 petition with USCIS.
How do I apply for Senior Project Management jobs at Hopper?
Applications go through Hopper's careers portal directly, or you can browse verified sponsorship-eligible listings on Migrate Mate. Senior Project Management roles at Hopper typically require a strong portfolio of cross-functional product or platform delivery. Tailor your application to highlight experience coordinating engineering and data teams, since Hopper operates as a travel-tech company, not a traditional hospitality employer.
Which visa types does Hopper commonly use for Senior Project Management roles?
Hopper primarily uses the H-1B for initial work authorization in Senior Project Management positions. For longer-term sponsorship, the company also supports EB-2 and EB-3 employment-based Green Card pathways. The right path depends on your degree level, years of experience, and whether your role qualifies for National Interest Waiver consideration under EB-2.
What qualifications does Hopper expect for Senior Project Management roles?
Hopper expects candidates to have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, computer science, or business, combined with significant experience managing large-scale digital product initiatives. PMP certification strengthens your application but is rarely a strict requirement. Experience in travel technology, pricing systems, or consumer mobile platforms is a meaningful differentiator for Hopper specifically.
How do I navigate the visa timeline when targeting a role at Hopper?
If Hopper files an H-1B for you, the USCIS lottery registration window opens in March, and approved petitions have an October 1 start date. If you're currently on OPT, confirm whether cap-gap protection covers any gap between your OPT expiration and October 1. For Green Card sponsorship, PERM labor certification adds roughly 12 to 18 months before an I-140 petition can be filed.
