Align your credentials to LCA-filed roles
Intralox files Labor Condition Applications with the DOL before sponsoring any visa. Review publicly available LCA disclosure data to identify which operations job titles they've filed under, then tailor your resume to match those exact role descriptions.
Target roles requiring process engineering depth
Operations openings at Intralox often require hands-on manufacturing systems knowledge, not just management experience. Roles tied to conveyor technology, production optimization, or lean manufacturing are stronger sponsorship candidates than generalist operations positions.
Start OPT paperwork before your offer letter arrives
USCIS requires your DSO to authorize OPT before you begin work. If you're transitioning from F-1, request your EAD application well before your program end date so authorization is in place when Intralox needs you to start.
Understand TN eligibility for manufacturing roles
Canadian and Mexican nationals applying for operations roles at Intralox should confirm the specific job title maps to a qualifying TN profession. Industrial engineer and management consultant are recognized categories; generic operations manager titles often do not qualify.
Browse open operations positions on Migrate Mate
Sponsorship-friendly operations roles at Intralox surface faster when you filter specifically for manufacturing employers with H-1B and Green Card history. Use Migrate Mate to identify current Intralox openings already flagged for visa sponsorship eligibility.
Clarify PERM timing before accepting an offer
If your goal is a Green Card through EB-2 or EB-3, ask your recruiter when PERM labor certification typically begins for operations hires. Intralox operates in a specialized manufacturing niche, which can support strong prevailing wage documentation, but PERM timelines still run 12 to 24 months.

Find Operations at Intralox JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Intralox sponsor H-1B visas for Operations roles?
Yes, Intralox sponsors H-1B visas for operations positions that meet the specialty occupation standard, meaning the role requires at least a bachelor's degree in a directly related field. Operations roles tied to process engineering, manufacturing systems, or supply chain analysis are the strongest fit. Generic operations titles without a degree-specific requirement can face scrutiny during USCIS adjudication, so your offer letter and job description need to clearly establish the academic connection.
How do I apply for Operations jobs at Intralox?
You can browse and apply for Intralox operations positions through their careers page or through Migrate Mate, which surfaces open roles already filtered for visa sponsorship history. When applying, tailor your resume to reflect manufacturing systems or industrial operations experience relevant to Intralox's conveyor technology focus. Mention your visa status or work authorization type early in the process so the recruiting team can confirm sponsorship eligibility before scheduling interviews.
Which visa types does Intralox commonly use for Operations hires?
Intralox has sponsored H-1B, TN, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, J-1, and Green Card pathways including EB-2 and EB-3 for operations roles. F-1 OPT and CPT are common entry points for recent graduates moving into manufacturing operations. TN is an option for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying professional categories. H-1B is the primary long-term path, with Green Card sponsorship available for employees who demonstrate sustained performance in specialized roles.
What qualifications does Intralox look for in Operations candidates seeking sponsorship?
Intralox operations roles typically require a degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, supply chain management, or a closely related technical field. Hands-on experience with lean manufacturing, production scheduling, or conveyor and material handling systems strengthens your application significantly. Because USCIS evaluates whether the role qualifies as a specialty occupation, your academic background and job duties need to align clearly, not just broadly, with the position Intralox is filling.
How long does the sponsorship process take for an Operations role at Intralox?
Timeline depends on the visa type. F-1 OPT authorization typically takes three to five months from application to EAD receipt, so you should start before your graduation date. H-1B petitions are subject to an annual lottery with a cap of 65,000 regular slots, and approval under standard processing takes three to six months after selection. If Intralox uses premium processing, USCIS adjudicates within 15 business days. Green Card sponsorship through PERM adds at least 12 to 24 months on top of H-1B approval.
