This position blends clinical assessment, patient interaction, and enrollment strategy in a fast-moving, high-volume setting.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct structured clinical assessments (MINI, HAM-D, SCID, C-SSRS, etc.)
- Diagnose and evaluate patients for trial eligibility (e.g., schizophrenia, MDD, Alzheimer’s)
- Guide patients through the enrollment decision process
- Address concerns and educate participants on clinical trial involvement
- Coordinate follow-ups and schedule screenings
- Provide psychological support throughout trial participation
- Collaborate with clinical and research teams in a high-feedback environment
What We’re Looking For
- PhD, PsyD, or Licensed Master’s (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, etc.) with diagnostic authority
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable in high-volume, patient-facing environments
- Ability to balance clinical judgment with patient engagement
- Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or inpatient settings preferred
- Clinical research exposure is a plus (not required)
