We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regulatory Compliance Manager to join our dynamic Defense/Aerospace team in the Manufacturing industry. This position is an integral part of our organization, responsible for ensuring all operations comply with the necessary regulatory and legal standards. The successful candidate will be well-versed in FAR Part 15, TINA requirements, submittal, compliance, bidding, subcontracts, purchasing, and audits. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the defense/aerospace sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive regulatory compliance program to ensure the company is in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
- Oversee and manage all activities related to FAR Part 15, TINA requirements, submittal, compliance, bidding, subcontracts, purchasing, and audits.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team on all regulatory compliance matters.
- Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with regulatory requirements and identify potential areas of risk.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address identified areas of non-compliance.
- Work closely with various departments to ensure regulatory compliance is integrated into all aspects of operations.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in regulatory legislation and guidelines, and ensure these changes are communicated and implemented within the company.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and represent the company in any enquiries or audits.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant professional certification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a regulatory compliance role within the defense/aerospace sector.
- In-depth knowledge of FAR Part 15, TINA requirements, submittal, compliance, bidding, subcontracts, purchasing, and audits.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex regulatory information to all levels of the organization.
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management software.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
