Align your credentials to staffing operations
Jobot Program Manager roles typically center on client delivery, recruiter team oversight, and workflow optimization. Frame your resume around measurable outcomes in those areas so your profile maps cleanly to what their hiring managers screen for.
Target Jobot's internal program management openings
Jobot posts a high volume of Program Manager roles, but not all are internal positions. Filter specifically for roles where Jobot itself is the employer of record, not a client placement, to ensure you're applying to a sponsoring entity.
Use Migrate Mate to surface Jobot's active openings
Jobot's Program Manager listings rotate frequently. Use Migrate Mate to filter open roles by employer and visa type so you're applying to current postings that explicitly support sponsorship, not listings that have already closed or shifted requirements.
Prepare your LCA documentation in advance
Once Jobot extends an offer, your H-1B process starts with a Labor Condition Application filed with the DOL. Ask your point of contact early whether Jobot uses internal counsel or outside immigration firms so you know who will coordinate your paperwork.
Confirm TN eligibility before the offer stage
Program Manager is not an enumerated TN profession, so if you're a Canadian or Mexican national counting on TN status, verify with an immigration attorney whether your specific role description qualifies before accepting an offer from Jobot.

Find Program Manager at Jobot JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Jobot sponsor H-1B visas for Program Managers?
Jobot does sponsor H-1B visas, and Program Manager is among the functions where that sponsorship has been used. Because Jobot operates as a staffing and recruiting firm, confirm during the interview process whether the specific role is an internal Jobot position, since sponsorship applies to direct hires rather than client placements.
Which visa types are commonly used for Program Manager roles at Jobot?
Jobot has sponsored H-1B and F-1 OPT workers for Program Manager positions, and TN is listed as a supported visa type. H-1B is the most common path for long-term employment. F-1 OPT works if you have sufficient authorized time remaining to cover the offer timeline and, if needed, an H-1B transition through the annual lottery.
What qualifications or experience does Jobot expect for Program Manager roles?
Jobot's Program Manager postings in the staffing sector typically require experience managing cross-functional teams, overseeing client delivery cycles, and working with recruiting or workforce management workflows. A bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field is standard. Candidates with PMP certification or demonstrated experience scaling recruiting operations tend to be more competitive for internal Jobot roles.
How do I apply for Program Manager jobs at Jobot?
Jobot posts Program Manager openings across multiple channels, but volume and status change frequently. The most reliable approach is to use Migrate Mate to filter Jobot's active Program Manager listings by visa type so you're only viewing roles that match your sponsorship needs. Apply directly through the listing and be prepared to confirm your visa status early in the recruiter screening call.
How do I manage the timeline between a Jobot offer and H-1B filing?
The H-1B cap-subject filing window opens each April 1 for an October 1 start. If Jobot extends an offer outside that window, you'll either wait for the next cycle or explore whether a cap-exempt path applies. USCIS premium processing, currently available for H-1B petitions, can reduce adjudication to 15 business days once the petition is filed, which matters if your OPT is expiring.
