Align your background with supply chain software
Kinaxis serves enterprise clients running complex supply chain operations. Before applying, position your resume around SaaS implementation, customer onboarding, or supply chain domain knowledge. Hiring managers for this role are not looking for generalist CS experience.
Target open roles that list implementation or onboarding
Kinaxis Customer Success postings that emphasize implementation management or technical onboarding are more likely to qualify as specialty occupations for H-1B purposes. Use Migrate Mate to filter and track these specific openings as they appear.
Raise sponsorship early in recruiter conversations
Ask directly during the initial recruiter screen whether the specific Customer Success role is approved for visa sponsorship. At a company of this size, individual hiring managers sometimes have different budgets for sponsored roles, so confirm before investing in multiple interview rounds.
Prepare your LCA documents before an offer arrives
Once you have an offer, your employer files a Labor Condition Application with the DOL before USCIS can process the H-1B petition. Having your degree certificates, transcripts, and any professional credentials ready in advance keeps this stage moving without delays.
Understand TN eligibility if you hold Canadian or Mexican citizenship
TN status requires your job title and duties to map to an approved NAFTA profession. Customer Success roles at Kinaxis that involve systems analysis or computer science work can qualify, but the job offer letter must use USCIS-recognized occupational language to support the classification.

Find Customer Success at Kinaxis JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Kinaxis sponsor H-1B visas for Customer Success?
Yes, Kinaxis sponsors H-1B visas for Customer Success roles. Because H-1B sponsorship requires the position to qualify as a specialty occupation, roles that involve technical implementation, platform configuration, or supply chain systems analysis tend to be stronger candidates. Confirm sponsorship eligibility for the specific posting with the recruiter before advancing through the interview process.
How do I apply for Customer Success jobs at Kinaxis?
Applications go through Kinaxis's careers portal, where Customer Success roles are listed under functions like Professional Services or Client Success. You can also find and track open positions filtered by visa sponsorship eligibility on Migrate Mate, which surfaces Kinaxis postings relevant to your visa type so you are not applying blind to roles that may not support sponsorship.
Which visa types does Kinaxis use for Customer Success hires?
Kinaxis has sponsored H-1B, F-1 OPT, and TN visas for Customer Success positions. F-1 OPT is common for recent graduates entering onboarding or implementation analyst roles. TN is an option for Canadian and Mexican nationals whose job duties align with an approved NAFTA profession. H-1B sponsorship typically applies to mid-level and senior roles requiring a degree in a specialized field.
What qualifications does Kinaxis expect for Customer Success roles?
Kinaxis looks for candidates with experience in SaaS customer success, enterprise software implementation, or supply chain operations. A bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field is standard. For senior positions, direct experience with supply chain planning software or familiarity with platforms like SAP, Oracle, or Kinaxis RapidResponse itself carries significant weight in the evaluation.
How do I plan my timeline around H-1B sponsorship for a Kinaxis Customer Success role?
The H-1B cap registration window opens each March, with employment starting no earlier than October 1 if selected. If you are on F-1 OPT when you receive an offer, your employer can file an H-1B petition and you continue working under OPT until the October start date. If your OPT expires before October, a timely cap-gap extension through USCIS covers the gap automatically, provided your employer files before your OPT ends.
