Understand the K-12 H-1B timeline

OPT and TN holders have a practical path in
KIPP Nashville supports F-1 OPT and TN visa holders, giving you a way to start working while long-term sponsorship is arranged. Demonstrating performance during OPT often strengthens the case for subsequent H-1B sponsorship when your employer already knows your value.
Engage the HR team directly about sponsorship

Search verified sponsors before you apply
Applying to employers with a confirmed sponsorship history dramatically increases your odds. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you focus on schools and education employers that have actually run the process before.
