Job Duties
As our Service Supervisor, you will successfully drive the service business operations for your territory while working in collaboration with your customer and peers. Your mission is to promote a positive culture surrounded by accomplishing safety and quality goals to achieve customer satisfaction and profitable business results.
Other Listed Duties as Needed
- Enforce KONE Zero Tolerance safety policy at all work sites.
- Support and ensure that field operatives are on task to meet customer project goals and KONE profitability target.
- Interface with Union representation and KONE field labor relations.
- Prepare monthly reports of expenditures and accountability within the field.
- Become proficient in SAP and be able to use it as needed.
Hiring requirements
- You will bring 2+ years of relevant maintenance expertise as well as one year leading people towards a common goal.
- You will use the knowledge gained through your bachelor’s degree or 2-year technical school.
- Equivalent work experience in service industry accepted in lieu of degree.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
- Well Organized.
- Customer service mindset.

Annual Base Pay Range:
The hiring range for this role is $121,000 - $158,700. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
Variable Compensation
KONE Annual Bonus plan at 15% Target Incentive based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
