Align your HR credentials to manufacturing contexts
Lennox operates across production facilities and corporate functions, so frame your HR experience around workforce planning, labor relations, or HRIS implementation in industrial or operations-heavy environments. Generic HR credentials read as a weaker fit than ones tied to manufacturing complexity.
Target HR business partner and talent acquisition roles
Lennox's HR hiring skews toward roles that sit close to the business, supporting plant managers and engineering teams. Positions in talent acquisition and HR business partnering have the clearest sponsorship precedent, so prioritize those when browsing open roles on Migrate Mate.
Confirm LCA prevailing wage alignment before applying
Before your interview process advances, check whether your target role and location clear the DOL prevailing wage threshold for your experience level. Lennox files Labor Condition Applications for sponsored roles, and salary mismatches at the offer stage can delay or derail sponsorship.
Raise sponsorship need after a verbal offer signal
In manufacturing HR hiring, raising visa sponsorship too early in the process can remove you from consideration before the hiring manager has assessed your value. Wait until there's a clear signal of employer interest, then address your H-1B or Green Card needs directly with the recruiter.
Prepare for PERM documentation if targeting permanent residence
Lennox has sponsored both H-1B and employment-based Green Cards for HR roles. If your goal is permanent residence through EB-2 or EB-3, your job duties and education credentials need to satisfy PERM audit requirements, so document your qualifications precisely and consistently across your resume and application materials.
Account for cap-subject H-1B timing in your job search
If you're not already in H-1B status, USCIS cap registration runs in March for an October 1 start date. Build your Lennox application timeline around that window so an offer can translate into a filed petition without a gap in your work authorization.

Find Human Resources at Lennox International JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Lennox International sponsor H-1B visas for Human Resources?
Yes, Lennox International has a demonstrated history of sponsoring H-1B visas for Human Resources roles. The company files Labor Condition Applications with the DOL for qualifying positions, covering HR business partners, talent acquisition specialists, and related functions. Sponsorship is most consistent for mid-to-senior level roles with specialized experience in manufacturing or industrial HR environments.
How do I apply for Human Resources jobs at Lennox International?
You can find and filter Human Resources openings at Lennox International by visa sponsorship type on Migrate Mate, which surfaces roles where sponsorship has been filed previously. Apply directly through Lennox's careers portal, tailoring your application to highlight HR experience in manufacturing, operations, or multi-site environments, which aligns closely with the company's hiring profile.
Which visa types does Lennox International use for Human Resources roles?
Lennox International sponsors H-1B visas for temporary work authorization and has also supported employment-based Green Card pathways, including EB-2 and EB-3 classifications, for Human Resources professionals. H-1B is the most common starting point for international HR hires, with PERM-based Green Card sponsorship typically available for employees who have demonstrated strong performance over time.
What qualifications does Lennox International expect for sponsored Human Resources roles?
Lennox typically looks for a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field, which also satisfies the specialty occupation requirement for H-1B purposes. Practical experience in HR business partnering, employee relations, or talent acquisition within a manufacturing or industrial setting strengthens your candidacy significantly beyond the minimum degree requirement.
How long does the sponsorship and visa filing process take at Lennox International?
Once an offer is extended, Lennox's HR or legal team initiates the Labor Condition Application with the DOL, which typically takes seven business days under standard processing. USCIS then processes the I-129 petition, with standard processing taking three to five months and premium processing available for a 15-business-day turnaround. Plan your start date and any current visa status deadlines around these windows.
