Job Roles at Motus Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Motus Visa Sponsorship USA
Target technical and product roles first
Motus operates at the intersection of automotive technology and SaaS, so engineering, product, and data roles are the most natural fit for visa sponsorship. Prioritize applications to technical teams where specialized skills are hardest to source domestically.
Understand Motus sponsors both H-1B and Green Cards
Motus has a track record sponsoring both H-1B nonimmigrant visas and permanent residency. If long-term stability matters to you, ask recruiters early whether the role has a Green Card pathway, as this signals a deeper sponsorship commitment from the company.
Research Motus's fleet and reimbursement platform before applying
Motus builds mileage reimbursement and vehicle management software for enterprise clients. Demonstrating familiarity with this niche, including IRS mileage rules and fleet compliance, signals genuine industry interest and makes your application stand out to hiring managers.
Look for roles aligned with automotive tech and compliance
Motus sits within the automotive services industry, so roles touching vehicle data, compliance, or enterprise mobility solutions tend to attract sponsorship attention. Align your resume language to fleet technology and enterprise software to match what Motus's hiring teams are looking for.
Filter for verified sponsors before applying
Spending time on employers who won't sponsor is a costly mistake. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you confirm Motus's activity and apply with confidence rather than guessing from a job description.
Engage recruiters early about sponsorship support
Motus has demonstrated consistent sponsorship activity, so it's a reasonable conversation to have upfront. Ask the recruiter directly whether the specific role supports visa sponsorship before investing heavily in the interview process, saving time for both sides.

Does Motus sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Motus does sponsor H-1B visas. While Motus is not among the highest-volume H-1B sponsors, it has an active track record filing petitions for skilled workers. H-1B sponsorship at Motus tends to be concentrated in technical and software-related roles where specialized expertise is required.
What visa types does Motus sponsor?
Motus sponsors both H-1B nonimmigrant work visas and employment-based Green Cards, primarily through the EB-2 and EB-3 preference categories. The Green Card sponsorship activity suggests Motus is willing to invest in long-term immigration support for certain employees, which is a meaningful signal for candidates seeking permanent residency pathways.
Which departments or roles at Motus are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Motus is most common in technical roles such as software engineering, data analysis, and product development, consistent with its position as an automotive technology and fleet management SaaS company. Roles requiring niche expertise in vehicle reimbursement platforms or enterprise mobility software are the most likely sponsorship candidates.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at Motus?
Migrate Mate is the most reliable way to find visa-sponsored roles at Motus. Unlike general job boards, Migrate Mate verifies sponsorship history so you can browse Motus openings knowing their track record is confirmed. This saves significant time compared to filtering through listings that never clarify sponsorship eligibility.
How do I approach the application timeline for visa sponsorship at Motus?
H-1B sponsorship operates on a federal cap timeline with a registration window in March and a start date of October 1, so timing your job search accordingly is important. For Green Card sponsorship, the PERM labor certification process typically takes one to two years before a petition is filed. Clarify sponsorship intent with Motus recruiters early so you can plan around these timelines realistically.
