Find Mubea JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Mubea sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Mubea sponsors H-1B visas. The company has an established track record of filing H-1B petitions for skilled workers, particularly in engineering and technical roles tied to its automotive manufacturing operations. If you're targeting an H-1B, focus on specialty occupation positions where your degree field directly matches the job requirements.
What visa types does Mubea sponsor?
Mubea sponsors a range of visa types including H-1B, Green Card pathways through EB-2 and EB-3, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN visas for Canadian and Mexican nationals. This makes Mubea accessible to international students, early-career professionals, and experienced engineers at different stages of their immigration journey.
Which roles at Mubea are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Mubea is most common in engineering and technical functions, reflecting the company's core work in automotive lightweight components. Roles in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, materials science, and product development are the strongest candidates. Corporate and administrative roles are less likely to include visa sponsorship based on Mubea's hiring patterns.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at Mubea?
The most efficient way is to search Migrate Mate, which aggregates job listings from confirmed visa sponsors and lets you filter by company, visa type, and industry. Mubea operates facilities across multiple U.S. states, so using a filtered search helps you identify current openings without manually checking each location or sorting through unsponsored listings.
How do I approach the Mubea application process as an international candidate?
Be upfront about your visa status and work authorization timeline in your application. Mubea's sponsorship experience means recruiters are familiar with H-1B and OPT timelines, but they still need to plan around them. Emphasize technical skills tied to automotive manufacturing, and if you're on OPT, apply early enough that H-1B sponsorship can be initiated before your authorization expires.
