Verify Your Credentials Meet State Licensing Requirements
Dental healthcare roles often require state-specific licensure before an employer can finalize a visa petition. Research the licensing board requirements in the state where the North American Dental Group location is hiring, and begin the credentialing process early.
Target Multi-State Operators for Broader Sponsorship Flexibility
Large dental service organizations like North American Dental Group hire across dozens of locations, which means one rejected application at a specific site doesn't close the door. Identify markets where they have active open roles and align your specialty accordingly.
Search Healthcare Openings Directly Through Migrate Mate
Use Migrate Mate to filter Healthcare roles at North American Dental Group by visa type. This saves time by surfacing only positions where sponsorship has been demonstrated, so you're not cold-applying to roles that may not support your visa category.
Understand How TN Status Applies to Dental Roles
If you're a Canadian or Mexican citizen, TN status can cover certain healthcare occupations without the H-1B lottery. Confirm your specific job title matches a TN-eligible category under USMCA before requesting sponsorship, since not all dental support roles qualify.
Ask About LCA Filing Timelines Before Accepting an Offer
Your employer must file a certified Labor Condition Application with the DOL before submitting your H-1B petition to USCIS. Clarify with the hiring team how long their LCA process typically takes so you can plan your start date and maintain valid status throughout.
Document Clinical Experience in USCIS-Recognized Terms
When preparing your resume and support letters for a healthcare visa petition, frame your experience using terminology that aligns with USCIS specialty occupation standards. Vague clinical descriptions can slow RFE responses; specificity around procedures, patient volume, and required degree fields strengthens your case.

Does North American Dental Group sponsor H-1B visas for Healthcares?
Yes, North American Dental Group has a documented history of sponsoring H-1B visas for Healthcare roles. Because H-1B petitions are subject to the annual cap and lottery, timing matters. Filing during the regular April registration window is standard, and your employer will need to submit a certified Labor Condition Application to the DOL before USCIS can process your petition.
How do I apply for Healthcare jobs at North American Dental Group?
You can browse and apply for Healthcare roles at North American Dental Group through Migrate Mate, which filters positions by visa sponsorship eligibility. North American Dental Group posts openings across multiple states, so searching by location and role type helps narrow down the most relevant positions. Once you identify a match, apply directly and confirm sponsorship availability early in the interview process.
Which visa types are commonly used for Healthcare roles at North American Dental Group?
North American Dental Group has sponsored H-1B, EB-2, EB-3, TN, F-1 OPT, and F-1 CPT visas for Healthcare professionals. H-1B is most common for licensed clinical roles requiring a specialty degree. OPT and CPT are relevant for recent graduates completing healthcare programs. TN applies to Canadian and Mexican citizens in qualifying dental or clinical occupations under USMCA.
What qualifications are expected for Healthcare roles at North American Dental Group?
Requirements vary by role but generally include a relevant clinical or healthcare degree, active or pending U.S. state licensure, and hands-on experience in a dental or medical setting. For visa sponsorship purposes, USCIS requires the position to qualify as a specialty occupation, meaning a bachelor's degree or higher in a specific field must be a standard requirement for the role.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take for a Healthcare role at North American Dental Group?
Timeline depends on visa type. H-1B processing under regular timelines can take four to six months after the lottery selection in April, with an October 1 start date for cap-subject petitions. TN status for Canadians can be obtained at the border in a single day. EB-2 and EB-3 green card pathways through PERM labor certification typically take one to three years or longer depending on your country of birth.
