Target roles that align with H-1B specialty occupation standards
NS IT Solutions sponsors technical roles requiring specialized degree-level expertise. Focus your application on software, IT, or systems positions where your degree field directly matches the job, generalist or non-technical roles are far less likely to receive sponsorship consideration.
Understand the full Green Card pathway NS IT Solutions offers
Beyond H-1B, NS IT Solutions has sponsored EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards. If long-term U.S. residence is your goal, ask directly during interviews whether the company supports PERM labor certification and what that timeline typically looks like internally.
Make your OPT or CPT status visible upfront if you're on F-1
NS IT Solutions sponsors F-1 OPT and CPT candidates, which means your student work authorization can be a starting point. Clearly state your authorization type, expiration date, and STEM OPT eligibility in your application to reduce friction for hiring managers.
Position yourself for the H-1B cap timeline if you're on OPT
If NS IT Solutions hires you on OPT, H-1B registration opens each March for an October start. Start conversations with your employer about H-1B sponsorship well before the registration window, last-minute decisions are common and reduce your preparation time.
Browse verified sponsorship history before applying
Confirming a company's sponsorship activity before investing time in applications is smart. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and find NS IT Solutions roles alongside other active tech sponsors in one place.
Ask specifically about TN visa support if you're Canadian or Mexican
NS IT Solutions sponsors TN visas, which apply to Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying technical roles. TN doesn't require an employer petition through USCIS, but your employer still needs to support the process, confirm their familiarity with TN requirements early.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does NS IT Solutions sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, NS IT Solutions sponsors H-1B visas for qualifying technical and IT roles. The H-1B requires your position to meet specialty occupation standards, meaning a specific bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field. If you're currently on F-1 OPT, NS IT Solutions may be able to employ you first and then support your H-1B visa registration during the annual March cap-subject window.
Which visa types does NS IT Solutions sponsor?
NS IT Solutions sponsors H-1B, EB-2, EB-3 Green Cards, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN visas. This range covers both temporary work authorization and permanent residence pathways, which makes them a viable long-term employer for international candidates in technology and software roles who want to build a career in the United States.
What types of roles at NS IT Solutions are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at NS IT Solutions is concentrated in technical roles within IT services and software development. Positions such as software engineers, systems analysts, IT consultants, and network or infrastructure specialists are the most common candidates for H-1B sponsorship. Roles with a clear degree requirement in a specific technical discipline carry the strongest eligibility for specialty occupation classification under USCIS guidelines.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at NS IT Solutions?
Migrate Mate lists roles from verified visa sponsors, including companies like NS IT Solutions with documented H-1B and Green Card sponsorship histories. You can filter by visa type and company to identify active openings without having to guess whether a company will actually sponsor. It's a faster way to focus your job search on employers with real sponsorship track records.
How do I approach the application process at NS IT Solutions as a visa-sponsored candidate?
Lead with your technical qualifications first, since sponsorship decisions at IT services firms like NS IT Solutions are driven by role fit and hard-to-fill skill sets. Be transparent about your current visa status, authorization expiration, and whether you need H-1B cap-subject sponsorship or are already work-authorized. Raising the sponsorship conversation after demonstrating your value in early interviews tends to produce better outcomes than leading with it upfront.
