How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Old Edwards Hospitality Group Visa Sponsorship USA
Target seasonal hospitality roles
Old Edwards Hospitality Group's sponsorship activity centers on seasonal workforce needs in hospitality and tourism. Focus your search on roles tied to peak resort seasons, summer and fall tend to drive the highest hiring demand for sponsored positions.
Understand the H-2B process before you apply
Old Edwards sponsors through the H-2B temporary nonimmigrant worker program. Knowing the basics, including the employer-led petition process and seasonal cap limits, will help you ask informed questions and stand out as a prepared candidate during outreach.
Emphasize hands-on hospitality experience
H-2B sponsorship at luxury hospitality employers like Old Edwards is tied to specific operational roles. Highlight direct experience in food and beverage, housekeeping, landscaping, or resort services, the departments most likely to include sponsored headcount.
Apply early in the hiring cycle
H-2B petitions follow a strict government filing calendar, and employers must commit to sponsored workers well in advance. Reaching out or applying months before a season starts gives you a realistic shot, late applications often miss the filing window entirely.
Use a platform that verifies sponsorship history
Not every hospitality employer actually follows through on sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and confirm Old Edwards Hospitality Group's track record before investing time in an application.
Tailor your application to a luxury service standard
Old Edwards operates boutique, high-end properties where guest experience is the core product. Applications that demonstrate attention to detail, refined service skills, and familiarity with upscale hospitality environments will align with the employer's hiring bar for sponsored roles.

What visa types does Old Edwards Hospitality Group sponsor?
Old Edwards Hospitality Group sponsors H-2B visas, which are temporary work visas for seasonal non-agricultural workers. The company has established itself as an active H-2B sponsor within the luxury hospitality space in the United States.
Which roles at Old Edwards Hospitality Group are typically sponsored?
H-2B sponsorship at Old Edwards Hospitality Group is generally tied to operational hospitality roles that experience predictable seasonal demand. These are roles where the employer can demonstrate to the Department of Labor that domestic workers are unavailable to fill the need.
What is the application timeline for sponsored roles at Old Edwards Hospitality Group?
The H-2B process is employer-driven and follows a strict federal timeline. Old Edwards must file a petition with the Department of Labor and then USCIS well before the season begins, which means they typically begin planning their sponsored workforce months in advance.
