We would like to invite you to apply even if you don't think you meet all of the requirements listed below. We don't want a few lines in a job description to get between us and the opportunity to meet you.

Job Roles at Outreach Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Outreach Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles that align with Outreach's core product
Outreach builds sales engagement software, so engineering, product, data science, and revenue operations roles are where sponsorship activity concentrates. Focusing your application on these functions gives you the strongest shot at a sponsored offer.
Apply early in Outreach's hiring cycles
For H-1B-dependent hires, timing matters around the April lottery cap. Reaching out and interviewing in the January through March window gives Outreach time to file a petition before the registration deadline.
Tailor your resume to Outreach's sales-tech stack
Outreach operates in a competitive SaaS segment. Candidates who demonstrate experience with CRM integrations, API development, or revenue analytics signal direct value, which makes sponsorship conversations easier for hiring managers to justify internally.
Browse verified sponsorship listings before applying
Not every Outreach role will lead to a sponsored offer. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and identify which open positions at Outreach are realistic targets for international applicants.
Canadian and Mexican nationals should flag TN eligibility
Outreach sponsors TN visas, which are faster and less costly than H-1B petitions. If you hold Canadian or Mexican citizenship and your role qualifies under USMCA, proactively raising TN eligibility can simplify the sponsorship conversation significantly.

Does Outreach sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Outreach sponsors H-1B visas. The company has a track record of filing H-1B petitions, primarily for technical and product roles. Because H-1B sponsorship is subject to the annual lottery, candidates should aim to be deep in the interview process by early in the calendar year so Outreach can register in time for the April cap.
What visa types does Outreach sponsor?
Outreach sponsors H-1B, Green Card (EB-2 and EB-3), F-1 OPT, and TN visas. F-1 OPT candidates are a practical entry point since OPT authorization doesn't require employer petition work upfront. Canadian and Mexican nationals may qualify for TN status, which Outreach has also supported.
Which departments at Outreach are most likely to sponsor international candidates?
Engineering, product management, and data science roles are historically the strongest candidates for visa sponsorship at technology companies like Outreach. These functions require specialized skills that support a specialty occupation determination, which is the core requirement for H-1B approval. Sales and go-to-market roles may also qualify depending on the specific position.
How do I find open roles at Outreach that are open to visa sponsorship?
The most reliable approach is to filter for confirmed sponsors rather than relying on job postings that may not disclose sponsorship status. Migrate Mate aggregates roles from verified sponsoring employers, so you can browse Outreach openings knowing the company has a documented history of filing for international workers.
How do I approach the sponsorship conversation when applying to Outreach?
Be upfront about your visa situation early in the process, ideally before or during the first recruiter screen. Mention your current status, your timeline, and which visa type you'd need. Outreach recruits internationally and has navigated sponsorship before, so transparency helps the team plan for legal and HR timelines without it becoming a late-stage surprise.
