- Lead and manage 4–5 enterprise projects within banking/financial services, ensuring delivery aligned with regulatory, business, and operational objectives.
- Drive end-to-end project execution including scope, timelines, budgets, and risk management in a highly structured PMO environment.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate financial requirements, compliance needs, and regulatory considerations into actionable project plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to deliver secure, scalable financial technology solutions.
- Maintain detailed project reporting, documentation, and governance standards aligned with banking industry best practices.
- Facilitate regular status updates, proactively manage risks/issues, and ensure clear communication with leadership and stakeholders.
