Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding C.N.A. Jobs at PruittHealth Jobs
Verify your state C.N.A. registry listing first
PruittHealth hires into licensed facilities regulated at the state level. Before applying, confirm your name appears on the relevant state C.N.A. registry. An unlisted or lapsed certification will stall any offer before sponsorship discussions begin.
Target PruittHealth facilities in high-vacancy states
PruittHealth's Southeast footprint means facility-level staffing needs vary significantly. Facilities in rural Georgia, South Carolina, or Florida often carry more C.N.A. openings and are more motivated to support sponsorship than facilities in competitive metro markets.
Align your OPT start date with shift availability
PruittHealth runs 24-hour operations across shifts. If you're on F-1 OPT, your authorization period begins on a fixed date regardless of when you start work. Coordinate your OPT start date carefully so your 90-day unemployment clock doesn't run during a gap before your first scheduled shift.
Understand the EB-3 timeline for healthcare workers
EB-3 sponsorship for C.N.A. roles requires a completed PERM labor certification through DOL before USCIS can adjudicate the immigrant petition. For candidates from high-backlog countries, confirm your priority date situation before accepting an offer that assumes quick Green Card processing.
Ask HR explicitly about facility-level sponsorship authority
PruittHealth facilities operate with a degree of local HR autonomy. Sponsorship decisions for C.N.A. roles can vary by location, so ask the hiring manager directly whether that specific facility has approved sponsorship for this position rather than assuming company-wide policy applies uniformly.
Browse open C.N.A. roles on Migrate Mate
Filtering by visa type and employer is the fastest way to surface relevant openings. Use Migrate Mate to browse current C.N.A. listings at PruittHealth filtered by your specific visa category, so you're only pursuing roles where sponsorship is already confirmed.

Find C.N.A. at PruittHealth JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does PruittHealth sponsor H-1B visas for C.N.A.s?
H-1B sponsorship is uncommon for C.N.A. roles because the position generally does not meet USCIS's specialty occupation standard, which requires a bachelor's degree in a specific field as a baseline requirement. PruittHealth's international hiring for C.N.A.s typically runs through employment-based Green Card categories like EB-2 and EB-3, or through F-1 OPT and CPT for candidates still within their student authorization window.
How do I apply for C.N.A. jobs at PruittHealth?
Applications go through PruittHealth's careers portal, where you can filter by role type and location. Before submitting, confirm your C.N.A. certification is active in the state where the facility operates. Migrate Mate also lists open C.N.A. roles at PruittHealth filtered by visa type, which helps you identify sponsorship-eligible openings before you apply directly.
Which visa types does PruittHealth commonly use for C.N.A. sponsorship?
PruittHealth most commonly supports C.N.A. candidates through F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, TN status for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying occupations, and employment-based Green Card pathways including EB-2 and EB-3. The EB-3 route is particularly relevant for C.N.A. roles since it covers skilled and unskilled workers, though it requires completing the PERM labor certification process through DOL before USCIS can act on the petition.
What qualifications does PruittHealth expect for C.N.A. roles?
At minimum, you need an active C.N.A. certification in the state where the facility is located, which requires completing a state-approved training program and passing a competency exam. PruittHealth facilities, especially those with memory care or skilled nursing units, often prefer candidates with prior long-term care experience. CPR certification and a clean background check are standard requirements across all facilities.
How long does the sponsorship process take for a C.N.A. role at PruittHealth?
For F-1 OPT, authorization begins relatively quickly once USCIS approves your OPT application, though USCIS currently advises filing at least 90 days before your program end date. EB-3 Green Card sponsorship takes significantly longer because it requires a completed PERM labor certification from DOL, followed by USCIS petition adjudication, and then consular processing or adjustment of status. Candidates from countries with Green Card backlogs should plan for multi-year timelines on the EB-3 path.
