Target roles aligned with Green Card sponsorship
PruittHealth's sponsorship activity is concentrated in permanent residency pathways. Focus your applications on clinical and skilled care roles, where the company has a demonstrated history of supporting employees through EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card processes.
Understand the EB-3 pathway before applying
PruittHealth sponsors through EB-2 and EB-3 categories, which involve PERM labor certification. Research what this process requires from both employer and employee so you can speak confidently about timeline expectations during interviews with the hiring team.
Lead with your long-term commitment in applications
Long-term care employers value retention. When applying to PruittHealth, emphasize your commitment to staying in the role through the Green Card process, which can span multiple years. Candidates who signal stability are stronger fits for sponsorship investment.
Focus on the southeastern U.S. where PruittHealth operates
PruittHealth's facilities are concentrated in the Southeast. Narrowing your search to states like Georgia, North Carolina, and Florida improves your chances of finding active openings. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history.
Check whether your visa type aligns with what PruittHealth offers

Frequently Asked Questions
Does PruittHealth sponsor H-1B visas?
No, PruittHealth does not sponsor H-1B visas. The company's sponsorship activity is focused on permanent residency through the EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card categories, along with F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN visas. If you're on H-1B visa status or seeking H-1B transfer, PruittHealth is not the right fit. Candidates on OPT or TN visa status pursuing a long-term Green Card pathway are better positioned for sponsorship here.
What visa types does PruittHealth sponsor?
PruittHealth sponsors EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN visas. The company's primary sponsorship focus is permanent residency, making it a strong option for internationally trained healthcare professionals who want employer support through the Green Card process rather than a nonimmigrant work visa like the H-1B.
Which roles at PruittHealth are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at PruittHealth is most common in clinical and skilled nursing roles, consistent with the company's focus on post-acute and long-term care. Roles such as registered nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other licensed healthcare professionals are the most likely candidates for EB-2 or EB-3 sponsorship. Administrative and non-clinical positions are less commonly sponsored.
How do I find open jobs at PruittHealth that offer visa sponsorship?
The most reliable way is to search for PruittHealth on Migrate Mate, which aggregates verified sponsorship data so you can confirm the company's track record before applying. From there, filter by visa type to identify openings that match your status. Because Green Card sponsorship involves a multi-year process, it's worth confirming sponsorship eligibility with the recruiter early in the conversation.
How do I approach the application timeline when targeting PruittHealth for Green Card sponsorship?
EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card sponsorship through an employer like PruittHealth typically begins with PERM labor certification, which can take a year or more before the visa petition is even filed. You'll want to be in a qualifying role with the company before sponsorship begins, so your immediate goal is securing the job offer. Plan for a multi-year process from hire to Green Card approval, and discuss timeline expectations openly with the hiring or HR team.
